I used their services few times during my visit to Shillong, and each time I was in awe of the quality of service, the polite and very helpful staff and my overall experience. On my first time there, I was curious and asked them about all their packages and the staff explained it to me very nicely. I chose to use their Premium laundry service which costs a bit extra but allows only your clothes to be washed in a wash round (this was mega important for me), your clothes to be packed nicely (see picture - as a traveler, this was a plus for me). Clothes packed so nicely also looked like newly bought clothes! Considering that their prices are so reasonable, a premium wash was an added luxury at a small extra fee. I also got my expensive suede shoe cleaned at Uclean Laitumkhrah. I wish I had taken a before and after photo of this because the results were amazing! The shoe came back to me clean and in great condition - as good as new! I dare you to find any place cheaper for the quality of service you get here. Thank you so much Uclean team!

Very convenient for students, travellers or anyone who doesnt want to bother with laundry😅Service was prompt and friendly, clothes didnt have any odours, just felt fresh. You pay by kg, and can get your shoes, sheets, bags etc. also done. They send a convenient reminder via text when your laundry is ready.

Rene and Tenecil are fantastic! They always make room for me if I need clothes quickly! Very friendly and great price. Clothes always come back ironed too and better than what I can do! No need for a washing machine in Shillong when you have these guys!

I have to admit I have never done Laundry outside of home (only Dry Cleaning)- mainly because I am not sure what one Can get.Now that I have tried UClean (multiple times), I wont even recommend doing Laundry OR DryClean anywhere else. Good quality, excellent service and great price. What more to expect. Value for Money and time (ask anyone who has to fold clothes after washing n drying)I opted for the Premium Laundry service (mainly as I wanted to be sure that my clothes are not mixed with any other persons clothes) and also paid the small extra packaging fee (this gives you the look of a brand new shirt - useful if travelling and dont want your shirts (n collars) to get crushed. 1000 Miles, 3 flights and 15 days later - they still look good as new (see attached pic). Thank you UClean. You rock.
