The number you have given on your website, the landline is always busy and the mobile phone nos are not even functional. How can u call yourselves professional if you cannot handle clients when your service is down.

Why does it take so long to get the BSNL fibre connection? Its already been two months. They told us itll take at least a month , but its already been 2 months since August. Called once and told us that theyll do it by mid September now September is coming to an end. Plus we already paid for the plan.

Worst internet provider experience in Shillong! They have taken up the BSNL fiber contract but cant follow up with connections. We have been waiting for three months. Each time you call up for an update on connection, they respond with we will do it tomorrow, in a week or in 10 days. This is so unprofessional.

Great service. I hope they soon upgrade the exchange to combat power cuts and improve our network for gaming and streaming.

After having been their customer for more than three months on BSNL FTTH, I can comment on some pros & cons of this LCO:Pros:1. Power user friendly - They allow users who are willing to take full responsibility to use their own equipment (or simply put the provided equipment in bridge mode) which is something any power user will find crucial.2. They are quick to deal with cable cuts etc.3. Staff seems friendly enough to work with in customer-dealer relationship.Cons:1. Fluctuations of/and low RX power for the optical module occasionally, but most users wouldnt notice it anyway.2. This was actually a BSNL problem (not sure about present or future situation): They were unwilling to provide LCO sufficient bandwidth to balance out the contention ratio which resulted in heavy fluctuations of both bandwidth and latency. Keep in mind this is an issue from BSNLs side not the LCO.Generally starting March 2020, I rarely faced issues regarding bandwidth.
