Please try their coffee and macncheese . Loved this place and a very polite cashier. So worth a visit. 💛

Very bad customer service from receptionist lady. She was telling us to order more food than we required. She was telling to leave as soon as possible even though the place had just two customers at that time. Very bad service. Very service. She did not allow us to use card swipe because the bill was not above 500. This is nonsense as it doesnt even matter. Would only recommend this place if the receptionist gets fired. Get a life. Treat customers with respect.

Service, food, ambience, etc was horrible. Food was tasteless and portions were tiny and overly priced. They don’t even use swiping machines, especially now when you’re supposed to have cashless transactions due to Covid 19. Definitely would not recommend. 1/10(only cause the drinks were nice.)

Coffee served in a decent mug but slightly overpriced, chicken momos served here are amazing.😀❤

Love the ambience of the place. The food is 10/10. Continental dishes are mostly available in Swish Cafe. Only giving it 4 stars cause there wasnt any coffee available though various kinds were on the menu. Other than that, its a great and cosy place.

One of the towns older cafes and located in the social hub of Shillong, Swish has a set of loyal patrons and a basic cafe menu including assortments of snacks, coffees and some continental dishes. It is quieter than some of the cafes nearby, and a nice place to connect with people and even have semi formal meetings.

Used to be a good place. Not now. Service is bad and the staff can be pretty rude. Food used to be good, now not even decent. This place should just close down.

Very nice place to hangout in shillong, loved it. They open at 11:30, but once I visited early and they were very welcoming.

The hostess and waitresses are very friendly. The burgers are awesome. Some items are a tad pretentious, but people seem to dig them. Does not take card payment so in these so called digital India days, that is quite a bummer.

Theres a smoking section and the new location (within the same building and the same floor) provides an awesome view of Laitumkhrah mainroad and street. Cant give much on the quality of food served here because I never could recall. lol

This place turned me into a foodie years ago, but the food and the service just seems so bleh these days. Also, youre not allowed to use the loo if you havent ordered anything. Bleh.
