Four building high-rise building. Give one allotted car parking per flat. Very neat and clean society. Has big common lawn wherein we can take evening walk. Has a basic club house which ensure the common money is not wasted on unwanted lavish club house. Mix of local and migrant population. Too good and peaceful place to stay.

I like the planning by vishwanath builders any time...be it Sharanam or Meher homes!

Very good place to live. The place is little far from the main city but here you have fresh air to breath, the area is quite peaceful and the complex is well maintained and have almost all the amenities. It has a club house consist of Gymnasium, Sports like Table tennis and a TV room. It has a lawn with neatly mowed grass(most apartments do not have such a well maintained lawn) with seesaw, swing, slides and other kids playing stuffs, lots of chairs and two sofa sets with centre tables are provided just outside the club house on which you can sit at the lawn and enjoy the dusk and dawn.The building have two elevators, it also have airtel v-fiber line if you want to have high speed internet connection, a vegetable stall is just outside the building, a small super market, general stores, dairy are at about 500m from the building. Laundryman(press wala), housemaids(Bai), car cleaners are available for service.You get all the essential items at about 500m from the building but for other things you may have to go upto 2 to 4 km (malls, hospitals, cinema hall, etc in south bopal), Dominoz pizza not deliverable here and some swiggy restaurants do not provide food delivery here as for now but I think very soon they will do so as it is fast developing area.Overall it is clean and peaceful place little far away from the hustle and bustle of the city with all the essential things nearby.

There is no balcony to accommodate chairs for having a cup of tea in the evening after a exhaustive day. No provision of hot water in kitchen. Most terrifying thing is that there is no drain provision for the water spilled in kitchen (below sink) or wash area. No provision to install a kitchen chimney.

Good and well maintained.

Worst society to stay in on rent, the society politics is a daily affair. Every other there is power or water cut off. Society management provides no information of any key updates.
