This homestay located in Jogi basti is having cozy cottages. The campus is very green. The rooms are good but the washrooms need to be upgraded.The food served here is warm and delicious. Staff are very courteous.

Really good place to stay. The food was also excellent. When they found out that we were interested in local cuisine they served us delicacies after delicacies.

Just Visit !The owners are very friendly and supportive.The staff are courteous and would definitely not let you down.The property space is open and secure.The food is priced reasonably and good. They can arrange for different foods if pre ordered.They will arrange for bonfires if asked for.There are 6 double bed cottages are one dorm with capacity of 16.They also provide you with conformable tents if required (and its good). You may play music, party with friends. Perfect place to to enjoy the weekend or a holiday.The ambiance is very relaxing.

Excellent place to relax and get lost in the beauty of nature... Awesome experience really. The experience was made more beautiful by their simple cooked meal. They arranged for bonfire against some nominal charges and we sat their out in the open, enjoying the cold and misty weather coupled with deliciously cooked roasted chicken. Very friendly staff. It was a memorable experience...

Very bad experience. First they took our booking and confirmed it. When we reached the place we saw that there was a group of people with whom the cottages were already filled up and theb they took us to another nearby resort and put us into a dormitory which was in pathetic condition. Till then the owner didnt show up. Later on after calling several times the owner showed up and took us to another resort where the price was said to be the same as their own. So, finally we stayed in the nearby resort but after a while the owner of that resort came and told us that the prices are higher than the earlier one. Till then price was not a bigger issue until the owner of this Nameri Jungle Camp behaved rudely while we complaint him about the higher rates and the inconvenience faced by us.All total a very bad experience. Very bad management and unprofessional.

Nameri Jungle camp stay was really an awesome experience. An hour journey from Tezpur brings you to experience the serenity and calmness of this place. This is around 1 km from the Nameri National parks boat point. Resort will provide you a guide at Rs. 500 for 3 hours walk. They arrange Rafting as well at 750 per head. To live in a bamboo cottage is an experience in itself. Food was very good and staff was very courteous. Have ample parking space as well.

Everywhere is green in here. The barking sounds of deers, trumpeting of elephants comes from the deepest of jungle That some one can feel the Thrill of wilderness at midnight. Awesome and superb experience. A real nature camping. A real homestay type accomodation.rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. Delicious continental food. Good stuff with good behavior. Activities such river rafting and jungle trekking with birding is a great experience . Overall experience was much more good then i expected.hope to visit again.

Amazing place for advanture.The camp has 6 to7 wooden tree house type cottages and very well maintained. We group of 36 people went there to spend in a night camping. It is a great great experience for us.

Its a nice place for night outs with friends. The place is very near to Nameri Forest Office and one can get the necessary information & guide to lead you through Nameri National Park. River is also near to the camp. They can also arrange for River rafting. If you are going to visit the place just for food, you need to pre-order and fix timing of food.

In search for some relief from the mayhem of modernity, we stumbled upon a beautiful place called Nameri Jungle Camp, 35 kms away from Tezpur City. Though built with a commercial outlook, it retains the feel of wilderness. Even more striking is the hospitality that encourages both family as well as group visits. The satisfaction one experiences here is far more valuable than the expenses one incurs there. A must visit place👍👍😃

Great food and hospitality. There are many camps outside the nameri national park and this is one of the first in a line. Glad we chose this one and would love to visit again.

The best part was waking up to a great view of total natural setting after a beautiful sleep in the lap of nature.It was so serene.Will definitely visit again and thank you Mr. Bhuyan for being so warm and hospitable.

Nameri jungle camp situated in the core area of nameri national park. It is wonderful wild experience to be amidst a wildlife sanctuary .Trekking in the midst of the national park is wonder full and the river rafting and birdwatching is also superb.

I came all the way from New York to visit Nameri and couldn’t have picked a better eco lodge to stay for the week. Nameri Jungle Camp is located in a tranquil setting very close to the national park entrance and Jia Bhoreli River, form whose crystalline banks you can see the Himalayan range. Comfortable cabins, supremely hospitable staff, and delicious home-cooked Assamese food at a very affordable price are all part of the reason I recommend this resort to couples, families, and birdwatchers alike. At night you can hear elephants roar, and in the morning the entire camp is full of birdsong. What’s not to love? A beautiful place.

Place is very calm and neatly maintained. Good facility in the tree houses , dormetry facility is also available .Heard that during peak seasons place get filled too quickly.

Jungle camp is not sufficient to describe in a sentance. We stay there for 2nights and 3 days. Its wilderness is really incredible wonderful . It is the best nature camp u could ever stay in. Also a peachful and quiet place with proper destination in amidst of nameri national park.

It was a very good experience staying in Jungle Camp. The host, Jadu Da is a very kind person and his hospitality is awesome. The food is very delicious ,not so spicy, but tastes exactly like our home food. We ordered duck curry and it was very delicious. The cottages are also neat and clean and the environment is very calm and beautiful, all green and green. The best moments in the camp was the morning time, waking up hearing criping of birds and taking an awesome cup of tea, and the evening time, hanging out around the bonfire. Thanks Jadu Da for giving such lovely moments.🙂🙂🙂

Staying there was a big mistake. Go for other camps there are many. Service is bad. The manager behaved like an uneducated person. We talked to the owner over phone before booking our tents and he said Rs500 for one tent per night. The manager (He is from Jhanji, jorhat . Wears specs and little short) asked more money like a hungry beggar. Also they overcharge for their below standard food.

The worst place... Never ever go there. The owner has 0% manners.. He even threatened us that he will kick us out.... He gave us wrong information and demanded more money dat too all in phone... He didnt even have the guts to come infront of us... Overall go at ur own risk and take loads of money (coz u never knw whn hell come asking for extra money)

Fantastic ecofriedly and homely environment. One can see the night sky and count the uncountable stars. You can see the star constellations very vividly.
