My courier was intended to deliver at my home address but it was not delivered. Even the status was showing delivered. I had collected my courier from their office

I did courier my laptop on 5th July through prime. It showed that it will be delivered within 4-5 days. It was not delivered till 27 July. They wasted my 22 days. Every time they give new excuses. Owner is not available any time. They didnt attend my phone. Worst service.

Poor Service, They are not intended to deliver our parcel. If we need we should collect our parcels every time. i am seeing this pattern from last 3 year. No person to deliver, no management, everything is worst in seoni DTDC

There no place to stand so much congested & even staff is so confused to find parcel.

The only best & functional courier facility in seoni. My DTDC app is the best! Thanks DTDC for providing user friendly pickup & drop facility at very nominal costs.

Worst service in Seoni(M.P.)Number of Seoni courier office is not updated.The worst thing is that they are calling to Destination person and telling Parcel aa gya hai , ake collect kr lo. Why the person collect the parcel in your Courier office.If anybody wants to give serprize to anybody then they will make pappu of u to call recipient persion.Worst thing.And the Seoni Office concern person is very rood and always telling to collect your parcel from office because the delivery boy is not present. ALWAYS.KINDLY NO NOT DISTROY THE NAME OF DTDC COURIER IN SEONI.DTDC IS ALWAYS DOING WELL IN OTHER CITIES.KINLDY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER
