The best fine dining experience in the city. Service sometimes is delayed but worth the wait. Theres lots of space so even on a crowded day, you can have a peaceful meal. Theres a game zone too. Prices are reasonable and food delicious.

Despite having an amazing ambience, the food and service sucks, you have to wait a lot, i have plenty of bad experiences because of the waiters and managers. Anyways its a five star place to be in and good for photos and all. And interiors and the bar is amazing. Though, the place seems to get a better management. Hope that sinks in. Food is average, one can get better food at other nearby dhabas and restaurants.

I visited for work. I was not expecting a fine property in a city like Sagour. ambiance was quite good but food was not at all good.

Several Things were Wrong with our Experience. Firstly, The staff was not aware about basic First Aid. In the case of Severe burn the Staff responded Poorly. Secondly, not a single server was following the basic COVID-19 guidelines.They were not wearing masks. And Lastly, the use of inappropriate language was done by the manager while instructing its staff.

Food taste was great. Quantity was also good. However service has some serious issues.

Hotel Deepali was a stop over for us while travelling from Delhi - Bengaluru on a road trip. Reached by around 6:30pm, the receptionist was helpful and guided us.Room: Cleaned, air conditioned and surprisingly an option of opening windows. Had Lunch here during my visit to Sagar. The food was so so. We ordered Masala Bhindi which was not upto the mark, even a home cooked bhindi masala is far better. Punjabi dal was good. Staff was courteous and the service is good..

Very very expensive i go with my family our order is only 1 palak paneer, 1 dal fry and 12 roti and 1 rice so there will was 1,0,34 Rs one thousand 34 then after come home i see there online delivery menu of deepali hotel our total will around approx to be 600 Rs.But there will was 1034 Rs and also not tasty at all as there charge accordingly not tasty food at that levelMoney ki baat ni ha 1000 ni 2000 dedu but small order par itna or swaad bhi normal

Its a five star facility in a small city like Sagar.Food is good, ambience is very good.They have a large open garden restaurant along with a closed hall dining facility. Game zone is well equipped with bumping cars and merry go round as well as train, trampoline, and pool, 5d cinema and all. Both parents and kids can enjoy. 5 star in everything.

Good place and delicious food. Reminded me of halwai food during wedding season. We took a halt to unwise during our road trip . Though it looks like a decent place for weddings and hotel stay. The best past was the wash room was clean and the restaurant staff was very attentive and took care of the needs. Worth the stop , specially with kids . Neat and clean.

A very decent place considering it is not a very big city. We stayed overnight on 5th Sep 2020, in corona times. Room was neat and clean. We were told that room is not given out for 2 days after occupancy. Staff was courteous and prompt and maintained social distance, masks etc.

Overall an excellent option for stay at Sagar. Food and services both are excellent. The hotel is at par with any big brand hotel of our country.

Overall A Great Stay at hotel Deepali Palace, Super Spacious Rooms, Great Staff , and superb built as a hotel.The only thing I didnt liked was the location from city center during night its like really far , but not an issue as after seeing the property you will say the distance is worth itA little far from the city center.
