Not at all good support. We bought a stove few days back and took delivery by ourselves. We got problem after 8 days. So called shop and asked to send technician. They keep saying they will send but they never come. I dont recommend this to anyone. Worst experience.
Worst support. I ordered a chimney and they said it will be fixed in 2 days but it was installed after 8 days that to after multiple followups and the installation was not properly done. The technician said they would visit back again and its been 3 weeks no one visited and when we enquired in the shop they say, the technician will visit today but no one comes. It is the same update every day and i am fed up with this pathetic support.
