USELESS MANAGEMENT, ESPECIALLY HR DEPARTMENT. SIMPLY THEY JUST REMOVED ME DURING LOCKDOWN PERIOD AND HR MANAGER HAS TOLD ME TO MAIL THE RESIGNATION LETTER TO HR DEPT AND DO MENTIONED THE REASON AS DUE TO COVID 19, I WONT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE THE WORK.I REPLIED:- WHY SHOULD I, I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM FROM SIDE. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SEE ME IN THE COMPANY. SO PLEASE SEND THE TERMINATION LETTER VIA MAIL AND DO MENTIONED THE REASON THAT IM NEW TO THIS ORGANIZATION THATS WHY YOU PEOPLE REMOVED ME DURING LOCKDOWN PERIOD.MY ADVICE TO THE MANAGEMENT: IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY SITUATIONS LIKE CORONA LOCKDOWN OR WHATEVER, THEN DONT APPOINT NEW PERSONS AND WASTE THEIR TIME.
