This place is a bit difficult to find. Theres a lane just beside pariwars have more restaurant.once you enter the lane first building on the right hand side. On the ground floor it has canara bank and on the 1st floor you should find this place. :)

Hard to find the location, Its behind the restaurant. They actually dont service they only provide replacement of the device thats under warranty. For the ones which are out of warranty they are of no help.

Worst, Dont go to this center if you dont have warranty. If you have warranty also they will not give you data recovery service. They will take the product and will register for replacement and you may get or may not get your replacement product. Note : It is not a service center only product exchange center if you have the warranty.

They ask you to register online by your own PC or phone even after you come to the service centre. Almost all the personnel were really rude and not behaving courteously. Got my service done but not a very good experience overall. You need to train your people in customer management.

The service needed to be improved. In terms of communication between the Seagate and Accel. And the ambience is cool and some problems they are now ever not able to sort here. And Accel acts as a 3rd party agent in between. So that makes them more generous and hopefully a good service rather than the best

It is a little hard to find. It is in a small street on the first floor. But staff here is helping. Specifically the man who sits on the reception is the key to get your work done. Office is somewhat old. Other staff is also good, bit time consuming but doesnt they all?

The worst service centre ever..No response and hidding about problem.Acting wisely that the do good only good but they dont have atleast staff to attend to customer and they only talk and wont do anywork..Instead of going to them for service, we can buy that product again and save our fuel.

Very bad service..i gave my infocus m810 mobile for display change..they did not fixed display correctly and when I gave mobile back cover and everything Is good without any scratch,they damaged my back cover and managed that we did not did anything and manipulated the check list when we hand over our mobile..when I asked we lost the check list..Finally I asked I want the check list that there is no damage to my mobile previously they answered rudely that say to anybody we did not repaired this Mobile😰

Before going Accel Frontline people need to register in respective companies websites for claiming warranty of products. After registeration customer ID will be generated, with the customer ID one can claim for warranty of products. They take back faulty product and sent the new product through courier.

Here, regarding Seagate it is only replacement center, no service is provided by Seagate, in case any damage or repair. There is very small board to identify the shop, you have to very keen to find the one. It is a Service center of multiple companies like, brother, InFocus, Seagate and iBall etc, what else they provide is hidden info.

Service was quick and fast. But the location was tough to find. There were name boards, but they are very small and placed in some corner which were tough to find.

Remove infocus service center dealership with Accel frontline as they wont inform the customer until and unless we need to try hundreds of time to call them but they wont lift the call and also no details about the product.. if you lost your slip then it will be nightmare as they had long process as we deposited diamonds in their locker, for simple issues they will make so many visits... and even their representative had low knowledge on product and dont know how to talk with customers...like they feel govt. jobs...think before buying a product which had service with them.

Infocus service center. The service is good but they dont service the old versions. And there is a long lead time for accessories like batteries and chargers. Phone them to get info.

Such a worst service centre doesnt even care for customers and their issues. Not even a single authorised person is there to report. And the lady sitting in front office doesnt even know primarily skills of receiving customers issues. The main thing is that of you replace your products also the new products will stop working in an hour.

Availed Warranty For My Seagate Drive and the process is so smooth and easy.

Accel Frontline will provide a great service but they will provide this great service with a lot of delays. Sometimes u might have to visit two to three times just to initiate the process.

This center is worst as mentioned by some of the reviews i went to repaired my hard disk on 4th June it does not had big issue with it just they have repair the circuit board of hard disk though it was out of warranty even though they took it and said it would cost 500 as courier charges for sending the hard disk to Chennai after that they have not updated any thing on their website regarding the repair normally you can see your product repair status over website they took more than 20 days after that they replied that it can not be repaired as it is courier charges it can not be refunded IF IT WAS SENT TO SEGATE WHY CAN NOT SEGATE CANNOT REPAIR THE HARD DISK ? i think they are fooling people
