Prompt Service!I went there to get my address updated on Aadhar Card and it was done within 10mins. It was a hassle-free experience which was totally unexpected for me. I highly appreciate the interest and dedication the person in-charge has shown towards his work.

I havent visited ECIL post office any time, but I knew Mr Srinivas at A S Rao Nagar Post office. He has great knowledge on all schemes available. He handles everyone with lot of patience without getting irritated and gives suggestions to youngsters abt different schemes.

When I approached to Sri. Srinivasa Rao for opening of SB, MIS etc. he will attend with good suggestions and guidance. He is very good cooperative with pleasant nature. He is helpful to the subscribers.

I am chief of intensive care department at Srikara Hospital ECIL branch. Recently I visited post office ECIL branch. Most polite and kind service, prompted me to post this review. Staff is very cooperative and knowledgeable. Perticularly Mr Srinivas is very helpful. He promptly resolved my long pending issues with investment. He has in depth knowledge about rules and regulations. He helped me in solving investment issues at other branches too.Infact I ended up investing more in postal services. Government should recruit more such staff.

M/s JJ Dechen, hyd sent medicines thorigh Speed post on 6th oct 2020. I got msg from postal department that Article delivered at destination on 7th oct 2020. I dont know where they delivered. I have given my address and phone number also. Till date not received by me.This is how ecil sub postoffice is working. I lost money and medicines becoz of postal mistakes.

Adhar update is good

They return important important speedpost articles citing insufficient address even when the address is complete and without calling. Nobody picks up the landline. The postmen dont pick up their phones. Their office is deep inside the campus and autos are not available. Terrible management. They just take their salaries as beggars and sit on their backsides warming their seats. Nobody takes any responsibility. Is there even a paymaster there?

No Proper Response. I feel not to go next time and i will convey same to others. because they dont give response for what we asked

It is really very bad to tell that speed post delivery takes max 3 days but i have done my speed post on 31 march 2017 and its still not delivered. people are doing their work too late which is really very bad, i will advice to please do ur work on time, so others should not face any problem because of you.

Service very good

This post office is responsible to deliver letters to Dr. A. S. Rao nagar colony. But the concerned beat postman destroys all letters to be delivered and the postmaster never cares even when complained. They just draw the salaries and attend their own businesses.

They dont even give information properly, even if we go and ask them..I took NSC bond in Chennai 5 years back. I came to know that I can transfer my NS .certificate to any branch. So I approached ecil, dae colony branch. When I enquired in the post office, one of the gentleman who was working there, he asked me to open an account first, I kept leave for my office did all the paperwork,got photograped, after doing all this. When I went to the counter to submit the paperwork, the lady in the counter refused to take the application,saying she has enough applications to be processed. She asked me to come another day,which made me disappointed.I kept leave on one more day and submitted the application, this is how our Indian govt offices are working. They dont even care about the customers.These postoffices will be like this only even in 30th century, reason being they dont even have minimum awareness on how to approach the customer.Wish I could have rated 0 for this post office.

This sub speed post office dont deserve for a single star. Because, I have done my speed post on 29 September 2018 , but still 10 oct 2018 dont delivered my speed post. It was related to my career, this speed post has destroyed my career . I am request to indian government , If is there any policy to stop this post office then please stop. It is totally waste of money and totally destroying name of the speed post , please stop it , i request to indian government. This is not deserve to be a speed post system .
