I visted the showroom twice. Staff are well behaved and informative. There are many items which you dont find in local shops and online stores. Only negative is the price which is a bit high, but you are getting original products with a valid bill which you dont get with local shops.

Nice showroom, but the staff is not pro customer. to provide quotation also they charge 2 % of quoted amount. this statement is told by their own sales staff. I went and brought the requirement from another dealer.

Communication with customers is too good

I had a very bad experience at the Bathstore. After ordering a few toilet fixtures and explaining it to the plumber recommended by the store, neither the items were delivered nor the plumber turned up. They did not answer the calls. When I visited the store the incharge said that the plumber was not happy with the labor charges, which he accepted earlier. The plumber then said that he does not have the tools to do the work. He also said that the material has to be procured from the godown which will be done after 2 days. The utter lack of seriousness led me to cancel the order and go to another store. There are umpteen number of sanitary stores in the same road.
