Bad experience to me.... My skybags Duffle bag zip is damaged... I just asked to replace new zip... after 4 days...simply did pressed with cutting player .. I asked them why did u do this... They simply replied that if we put new zip.. company will send low quality zip.. and one more thing that there are no service centre exactly in Hyderabad.. first they gave me forum mall address.. they told me that they dont have service centre here... Again I call to call center. They gave me gvk mall adress..and they also refused to take service.. then why vip service centre is there for service centrs... If my zip is my problem... I will press the zip with cutting player.. then why I have to go service centre to service my bag...they also did same thing... Very bad experience to me..

Worst service ever and the front desk person stole our money by arguing as we didnt give them enough amount for the product.These people dont even have a CC camera for proof. Poor respect towards customers. My suggestion is never and ever buy any product from this place.
