Excellent services. Very less waiting time for the whole process. We needed urgent reports and we got them in exactly 2 hour as promised. Will definitely recommend Parkline to everyone I know.

1.Tests sought were ecg,tmt and 2d echo.Only conducted on Tuesday Thursday and saturday at 8 to 830as cardiologist available on only those days for 2d echo. Pls call and check on timings and availability.2.Costed me 2129 as I booked via doctor c website.3.The actual cost was 2550.Price seemed reasonable.4.Has adequate parking and seats are placed with social distancing.5.Heavy patient footfall and rush.6.The reception was unhelpful and occupied and didnt guide the patient or give a token no while waiting.7.They also summoned me earlier stating that the doctor would arrive early despite an appointmemt. He however came in late.8. Further procedure is least explained due to atypical indian mentality of least botheration.9.Medical results were neatly published but the intervention cardiologist Dr panduranga who wrote the report didnt explain anything while he conducted 2d echo.10.Tmt and ecg are administered by technicians.11. Came at 745 am and left at 1030 am. The final results had to be collected manually and took 30 minutes more.

Waste of time. No manners at all in resorption they dont no how to resive customers. Even they dont have enough chairs for parents to sit. Overall this is waste diagnostics center

One 1 the waste Diagnostics they will arrange a appointment but no 1 will response on time have to spend 1hr to 2hr to get this & have to spend our time by seeing their artificial faces in the reception 🥵 frank word taken appointment 8am & reached at 7.45am & got a call for scan by 9.10am so think how wrost service providing in this Diagnostic

Veryy unprofessional and ride behavior by the reception. Woman intentionally keeping people on hold and making them wait for hours to waste our time. I would seriously recommend management to take care of it and will never recommend this diagnostics to any of my circle.

Very rude behaviour.....it was an very emergency for us and they spoke very rude and mannerless.. they took money and they said theyu wont do scanning....very rude...

Lady at the reception is very unprofessional and rude look like a bunch of illiterate stubborn person is put at reception. She made us wait for hours intensionally and was not answer to simply query of how much it would take. People like these doesnt care about patient visit here. I would highly recommend not to visit here.

Over all a nice place with efficient staff, only thing is wait time is a little bit long but that is ok as the service is good.

The ladies at the reception do not have manners at all. They look like a bunch of ssc or intermediate failed candidates.They have tested the patients first who came after me. They do not have Q system.After 6 hours of waiting i was done with all the tests.And they gave a feedback form, I have written feedback as average service and could have been better.But they have demanded me to write feedback to excellent service and gave me a new feedback form.

This facility is good and near to everything like busstand,train station and restaurants..The staff is well mannered, soft spoken. Rate card also is economical compared to other corporate hospitals and diagnostic centres. May be they dont spent money on showoffs. The facility has testing laboratory within it unlike others

I got my son’s blood test done at Parkline Diagnostic services.all my queries regarding the reports were explained by the pathologist at Parkline Diagnostic services.unlike other labs,pathologists is available here from 9am to 9pm. earlier I had a bad experience at another lab where nobody responded to my queries regarding the reports.

Stupid diagnostic centre..According to my experience..1. Receptionist and attenders could be more polite.2. I visited centre at 7:10am .It took 3hours for me to complete all the check ups (10:00).3. Patients who came after me got checked up first. They dont have any patient numbering or q system.4. While waiting for the tests i got a call and a lady at the reception table shouted in a rude way like i was her servant..hey.. go out and talk outside.. Mobiles are not allowed. I felt like slapping her.5. After completing all the tests they gave me a feedback form. I rated some points to fair. while i was leaving, a man called me back and asked why did you give fair as feedback. I said there is some delay in testing.He said it normally takes 3hours to complete all the check ups.I said i have gone through all the tests in another diagnostic centre in past and it took only 1hour to complete all the tests.He said no madam..please give feedback to good or excellent and handed me a new feedback form.I didnt want to waste my time arguing with their stupidity. So i gave good as feedback in new form.Apart from all this the doctors and lab technicians are good.If any of you had same experience like me.. Dont hesitate slap them on thier faces.

Dirty toilets for sample collection. Even though diagnostic centers should maintain the hygiene, their toilets are stinking. There was no water to flush in toilet after taking sample. It may nauseate you if you go to place like parklane.

People sitting in the reception seems to be uneducated.They dnt know how to speak with customers.I had waited for 5 hours for one Id proof xerox.Without ID proof they didnt allowed me for test.That day I went Early morning 6.45am with fasting.at that time you cant get any xerox shop open.I said them let me complete my tests.After 10.0am I will get the xerox.But they didnt accepted.Very rude.I have traveled 200kms over there as my employer given that perticular lab for pre-employment checkup.Without eating any food i have been there from 6.45am to 12.00pm.

Perfect center for all types of tests

This place was previously SRL diagnostic now changed to Parkline diagnostic services, but still they provide lab reports with NABL certificate number and logo printed on it as required by most companies. Usually crowded in morning hours, and have reserved parking for customers.
