Horrible experience. The staff is very careless and irresponsible. I had an issue with my AirPods which are under warranty and took them to their service centre for repair. They called me back after a few days and said that the issue is solved. But it was not actually. I literally went to their store for 4 times again and again for some good news carrying my 3 year old son every time. It was very tough task for me to travel all the time as the service centre is quite far from my place. I still didn’t get any solution from them and taking my product back and trying to approach some other place with some hope. I sincerely suggest people not to opt this place for solutions.
Apple support appointments are scheduled at 10:10AM but store will open post to 10:30 AM. No one lifts your call at the service centre. Winning a olympic medal is easier than getting answers from them over call. But if you visit store they will answer or not its up to your luck. Number will be switched off of we call more than 2 or 3 times to get a response. I really dont why apple is not at all looking over these reviews and all??? Is apple blond about customer service or support perspective?
Went to get my ipad fixed- told them the issue ,first they told me it cant be fixed - asked them to give it to me in writing - I was told to wait - after waiting for a good 30 min - I was told I needed an appointment - so took one next week - will update - before going hear you need to do your homework else they will take you for a ride
Had worst experience with Aptronix, SD road. I gave my MacBook Pro on Saturday and I was told that I would get a call on Monday after inspection. I called repeatedly on Monday but no response . Next day , Tuesday, they attended my call and said they will check and get back in 1 hr but I had to wait till evening, yet no callback. I had to call them again. The guy checked my Mac after I called and said there is an issue with my mother board and it has to be replaced . I seriously doubt their expertise . To check my Mac they took 3 days and charged 2000/- and gave poor solution . Had they informed me on Monday I would have taken a call. I went there to collect; surprisingly they inspected my laptop again. What’s the need to inspect again if they have already identified the problem. I suspect that these guys create major problems to devices instead of fixing. My experience with them is worst. It’s better to visit - GENESIS APPLE SERVICE “ in Kukatpally- the person there is an expert on Apple devices and is very professional and not at all money minded.Aptronix guys - learn to value others time and be more organized and sincere . We are not fools to be after to get serviced even after paying money
Located in central location but still not many options for purchase. None of the new varieties and models are here. Pathetic thing is: the shop on the ground floor doesn’t tell about the covid conditions on the first floor. They have different standards for purchase and service. Look for other stores or alternative options elsewhere

Undoutebly the worst service experience of my life. Never take your device here for anything. They were extremely unprofessional rude and did not add a single screw on the back of my mac, just because I had a back cover they just losely placed the cover back and stole all the screws not sure out of laziness or just being plane bad at your job. I buy all my Apple products from this Store basically for two reason it is close to my residence and their service centre is on the first floor over the store, all the staff are a decent lot and will give you the due respect you deserve.

My Oh My .... Dont get fascinated with the ambience and the english speaking skills of the staff. I have come here to fix my iPhone 6S as the screen had a crack. I have showed it to the personnel. They held my phone with them for a straight 45 mins, ran all diagnostics and suggested me changing the display which costed Rs 13,442/-. I agreed to it and they suggested me leaving the phone with them and take it after a day. Somehow I didnt wanted to leave the phone and walked away. I went to a local shop and enquired about the problem. They have said that the tempered glass was broken and it took Rs 400/- to fix the tempered glass. Two things run in my mind that whether the personnel and really qualified to handle Apple products or are they cheating the customers.
This is kindly request to all Apple consumers here this shop is a gullible, there was a battery issue in my phone. Concern/service person said, u have to change whole body instead of battery replace that cost around to pay 13,000 and they also acquired a charge 590 Rs for testing. finally I decided to visit another Apple service center they wont charge any testing fee and shock news each and every parts are ok and well conditioned, battery get replaced at cost 4900 Rs.Jago Grahak Jago

Visited the service center which is in the 1st floor, for AirPods servicing. The ground floor is for sales. Parking is an issue you have to park your vehicle in front of the store, seems like the front side parking is reserved for respective stores. Once you are in the reception you have to take coupon by entering your details like phone, email-id, purpose. Though I was there for servicing they asked me to choose enquiry. Servicing/Enquiry is pretty slow, from token E06 to E09 it took more than 1 hour. They didnt do any initial screen and told me it will take 3-5 working days to get back to me. Tried to contact the service center after 5 business days, but the contact given in Service Record is not the right one.They really need to improve in below parameters:1. Service/Enquiry time2. Updating the customer with details if there is delay.3. Updating the Service Record/Invoice with proper information.

Apple products are going worst. They don’t have the reason to get damage. This service center people don’t have better knowledge on the issues, they give the generic solutions to replace the screen if you have battery problem or receiver problem. Staff is not up to the mark. Before going to any service center, check with apple support for fixing the issue or suggestions. This service center people charge money even for checking the issue with giving proper solution.

No social distancing maintained. They dont pick up the phone manu issues could have been resolved over a phone calls. For example an inquiry about what repairs theyll take in. Their agents were careless and took people in random order. Finally when I asked him to check something for me hes trying to grab my phone from my hand. If this is training theyve received then the pandemic will never end. Chose this centre cause it was closest to home. Never going to go back to this repair centre. Would rather travel farther and receive better service

Not even willing to give 1 start but I have to get this to the notice of India’s largest Apple products reseller- Aptronix, you have the worst service centre and the technicians are very rude that last week I went and they asked me whether I had any appointment I said I wasn’t aware, he was like you need to get an appointment and in return he asked me to book the appointment once he releases the bookings. Like seriously ? You expect the customer to wait for the bookings to open and in your booking url, you don’t have a date to select. There were hardly 5 people over there, what if my warranty of my phone ends the next day, I wouldn’t be getting the repair done because I don’t have appointment ? I thought aptronix is professional and they give training to the executives over there but I guess you forget the importance of the customer once they buy products at your store.....

The service center is pathetic, gave my macbook pro for a display issue (Flexgate) . Was promised a callback for the issue ,but they havent called back. Their contact number is continuously switched off for 5 days, with no alternate contact number, they dont even respond back to emails. Refrain from going to this service center, maybe the other centers are better.
Aptronix Service Center in Parklane CVK building it worst service Center they doesn’t have knowledge to do the phone service, foe every customer they ask it’s under warranty or out of warranty if we say under warranty tell to seat or if we say out of warranty it’s not repairable what’s the problem they don’t ask them when we get angry then they ask for the problem and they say to seat and make us to seat hours together they don’t think about customer kept job leave or came out of his business time and all they simple make us to seat and more over Parklane means very Center of the city and customer flow will be more they have to maintain minimum 5 member staff to attained customer but only 2 or 3 members will be there and in that one person named Mr. Rakesh ( Senior Executive) is very much irresponsible about customer they were around 15 customers waiting and no seating place he was not attending customer and doing some other work which they can do later on when customers are not there .And my problem is Iwatch was not getting updated so I asked him means so he said you have to submit your watch and phone both to resolve the problem and you have to make backup and come because your backup will removed so I asked him it’s a problem in watch why I should give phone and that to 24 hours so he said you have to sir it’s our protocol so I said ok and came out and went to small accessories shop where I buy phone case and all so he said me how to resolve the issue so I tried in that way within 1 hour it’s done . Next day I went to again service Center to let them know and said them not to trouble the customer like that we are paying lakhs of rupees in apple products while we purchase . Please help customers don’t trouble I said at that time he is not even answering anything only he says our protocol the word they trained by Apple I think so.Please take action on Mr. Rakesh Senior excutive and help other customers and please don’t repeat it. We think so it will not repeat at our next visit .
Hello its a Nice store ,they provide good service and its near to patny center near to CTC computer bazar ,they provide product genuine test .Take left from the Paradise signal towards patny center near to the first uturn on left you find .Store is in the Ground floor and service store is in the first floor .Service available for Mac book,Air ,iPads ,iPods and no service for apple watch no service only replacement with new product terms and conditions are applicable .Screen replacementHave a great time .

[Regarding the service center]The technicians do not have authorization to perform even a lot of simple repairs. I had an issue wherein the screws holding the vibration motor in place needed to be tightened, and the technicians told me my only option was to pay ₹30k and get a replacement, or to get an entirely new phone altogether. It is such a simple repair, yet they refused to perform it. If you own an iPhone and decide to go here, know that they will probably be allowed to only replace your device’s display or battery, but not much else.

Service centre people tell one thing about the device and Apple web chat people tell another thing. Poor.
Pathetic Service. Worst place to visit. Ruining the brand name Apple. Poor knowledge of the Products. They don’t even know what’s double tap function on Apple Pencil 2nd Generation. They promised that it’ll be replaced if the problem persists even after software update. Later they changed their words saying that it can’t be replaced as it’s having very very small scratch at the bottom. Went to Conquer Technologies and told the problem. They had a look and gave me a brand new Pencil the very next day as its under warranty.
No response for sales or service for calls. Not even one star eligible. Bad experience.

I have taken my iPad as it was not getting opened. They checked and said that I have to replace it and to recheck I have been to another authorised apple store in ameerpet. There also they said the same thing. And i rechecked myself by reinstalling new software and bingo its been really working well. If you go based on these ppl advice then definitely you will lose so much. Please dont trust them take 2 -3 opinions from different authorised centres before replacing .

I had visited thrice for my problem of iphone connecting to MAC.They are always in rush and hush you away giving some oral suggestions. My mac was running fit and fine except connection error to iphone. The guys told me do a few steps at home and sent me away. I tried all steps mentioned and mac got stuck. When i visited branch again he said do something new and restart and when i tired it hanged. Now same guy tells me motherborad need replacement. I dont think they are there for customers help, they just want sales and replacement jobs. Guys here always have an attitude and treat customers like dumbos. Wish apple had better friendly teams like One-plus has. V sorry to have bought mac here and visiting here.
These guys once they have your devices never follow up. They don’t call you back and when you call them they don’t answer. They never take the call. It’s been over 1 week that I left my product with them and they said it’ll take 2-3 days. It’s been a week. I’ve been calling them since and yet. Nothing. No follow up. They leave us hanging. And when we go to the store they ask for an appointment, how to make an appointment if they never take their call!! When do we know to make an appointment. Seriously!!!!
Worst place ever visited dont go here
I went to this service center to fix storage issue, but they checked and suggested to reinstall the OS to fix the issue. but I did further analysis and was able to fix it by myself by clearing up/deleting the system backed up files. Also they are not very responsible, 1st day the network was down and 2nd day the hard drive which they should have to reinstall the OS is not available at the service center. Good that they have asked me to come back again and postponed it, mean time I could able to fix it by my self.

My IPhone went blank suddenly. I went to this park lane service center.The person at counter never bothered to check the real problem in the phone. Just he put phone on charge for a few minutes and returned the phone saying the problem is in motherboard.He said changing the motherboard will be costly and suggested me to buy a new one or go for exchange.I took back my phone and walked out.Then I went to a local shop in my area and showed him the phone. He checked the phone and said that the problem is in the display and if you change this it will work perfectly. I gave him the phone and the next day he returned the phone in a perfectly working condition even changing the broken glass making it as if a new phone just at a fractional cost of 2k + and it is working without any problem. He said there is no problem with motherboard or battery and everything is perfect. I am surprised why a reputed service center doesnt bother to repair/service the phone when a local shop is able to do it. I think they do this deliberately making the customer to buy a new one. This is how big companys like Apple cheating their customers. Very pathetic.
They opens the shop at 11 AM. Customer caring is not better. Salesman become arrogant when ask question again due to poor hearing. Collected 100 Rupees more than billing amount by swiping debit card. But I noticed very late because of my emergency travel to Mumbai. So please take care about your payment.

The all electronics store. You get almost all types of electronics here. The security guards are not friendly. If you leave your vehicle in their parking and go somewhere else you will hear the cribbing and wage looks. Other than that the store is great.
