1) Affordable prices 2) good variety (spray paint led bulbs and good quality paints available)3) Customer service can improve.........I have been buying from this shop since so long and previously bought paints for my room which was worth a lot, i just bought items worth 297 rs , i have showed him the google pay several times, i respect this person as i know him since long but inspite of showing several times my gpay he did not believe me, he insisted i wait for the person who has the phone where he can check it, it is not a problem to wait but the fact that this person has no trust inspite of showing my gpay several times and making me wait like a beggar and denying to give the paints which i already paid the money for outside his shop was absolutely humiliating.... honestly i am deeply saddened by todays experience.... if they cant trust old customers imagine how they will treat new peoplereply to your response- I understand because of covid you have some restrictions which is totally fine, but if i am showing the gpay and the message that the amount has been debited is that not proof enough to just give me the items and you could note down my phone number for future reference for the doubt if money is debited or no?
