Earlier it was good...but now it is bad and no maintenanceonly ground floor is available for dining that to only 5 tables...i went with my daughter to eat but during this period these people are not maintaining distance for table to table.. temperature checking & screening is not happening1st floor is closed...burger and french fries are averagechicken nuggets are good

I generally go for paneer burger , mc chicken and fries. They are yummy , but I donno y are they making paneer burger so very spicy . It literally starts burning your stomach . Hope they make it a bit tasty and nice .

A decent McDonalds. Good service and has pretty much everything you can expect from a McD.There is some maintenance/construction happening at this point of time. So, the upper floor seating has been closed to the customers, making the lower floor seating a bit cramped. Also, the space in front of the counter is quite small, making the lines go beyond the entrance when there is a bit of a crowd. So, if theres a crowd, you might have to wait outside the entrance for your turn.

I always enjoy the place and ambience here.. The food is amazing.. Especially American cheese burger

The outlet closes as per their own whims and fancies. For an outlet thats supposed to shut at 11.25pm, they actually shut at 9pm (time quoted by the manager)!! So, if youre going earlier in the evening youre safe, else go at your own risk of getting disappointed..

Didnt want to get inside yet another crowded place during this COVID-19 time. Hence opted for a drive in restaurant. Minimum wait time. Polite staff.

This was a age old hangout spot for me n mates in college days used to visit it twice a week for sure somehow never really liked the burgers back then. But off late found the burgers way better than before. Great to see the chnage. Amibence is pretty and there can be no second opinion about value for money when it is Mc D. Service needs to be improved a bit. Overall a pretty decent experience when visited few days back n remembering the good old times. Would definitely liked to go back with my entrie gang...

The delivery and service were quick and neat. We ate American cheese veg supreme meals, my favorite!! Its really really so properly made, the cheese got properly melted, which I didnt get at other McDs .

Staff does not seek for clarifications while taking orders nor at the time of payment execution. They take it for granted, what they offer is what customer should take from them. This is my personal experience at McD nr Radhika Theatre, Kapra, Hyderabad.

Only one thing I didnt like. The order booking staff intentionally doesnt speak Telugu. Even when her mother tongue is Telugu. Staff should know that speaking English is not important but making the customer feel comfortable should be the priority

They keep cancelling their online orders and their drive thru doesnt work, they now use it for door delivery runners with scant regard for social distancing. Avoid this place even if youre dying of starvation.

I have been to this store multiple times. They always dont have one or the other item. Wish they would try to improve. Manager is a bit arrogant.Just like any other small McD Store only pro is a properly working Drive Thru (One Star extra for that).

Mcspicy fried chicken is very bad. I tasted it once and its bland in taste with thick coating.KFC chicken is much better in taste as per my opinion.

As any other McD this outlet is also serves delicious menu with all veg and non-veg items.This place is in two stairs, seating is in 1st floor and takeout is in ground floor.Outlet is on main high way and easy to find out even in heavy traffic. Parking space is available but limited.In my last visit, wanted to have chaco Mc swirl but machine was under breakdown. This was not expected from McD service.

Mc Donalds was really nice. The peri peri french fries were irresistable. The social distancing and neatness was impressive. But about the food and others, well never know.......

Fresh veggies, the food tastes good, decent staff and the delivery time is pretty quick as well, but on my last two visits to this branch, there was no Air Conditioning upstairs.

Atrocious Service. The Place was a drive through hit several People were standing at the counter crowding the place. There is no sequence indicating display with order number. The delivery person randomly shouts one item in the order and youre expected to holler back asking for your opinion der. Then on receipt, check everything in return.The place is spoiling the good name MC Donalds has earned over time for their prompt service and good Customer relations.Wouldnt recommend for a drive through.Covid protocols are a distant dream in this place btw.
