I heard about the hotel and we celebrated a cradle ceremony on 3rd Jan 2021. I was happy with the hospitality service they have provided. Food was amazing and everyone has liked the food. Especially Mutton biryani which was perfectly cooked. Hatsoff to the chef who made this amazing food. Decent hotel... Neat rooms.. Pocket friendly... We had certain amount of discount on corporate... Breakfast buffet was great... There was much to eat covered almost all the breakfast items of South Indian cuisine...Only complaint is water was not hot enough for a shower... It was luke warm...Would recommend and my next stay in secudarabad wil be in times square... it is near to jubilee bus station and the very famous biryani paradise..

On the way to telangay from Bangalore you will find this place. There are good hotels and restaurants along the way . For example dolphins and some resorts as well. If you are a first time visitor the its better you book hotels through apps. Apps show the exact price and location. This place is a good enough place for refreshing purspose and price are on higher side.

Centrally located in Secunderabad, the Time Square is a landmark by itself. Of course, it is just opposite, Secunderabad Clock Tower an older landmark ! Centrally air conditioned, restaurant, two lifts, banquet hall on 6th floor, nice food. I got what I was looking for !Try it once . . . Youll like it for sure !

I was organising a corporate event at the hotel and had a group checked in for 2 nights as well as had booked a banquet. The hotel staff were pretty decent. Quite helpful. Food was good. Overall experience was good. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good experience for decent price.

Service was good.Cons: Food was okay but not tasty as we expected. Hotel has its own vendor for venue decoration and must choose from the options they provide, Also they are expensive compared to outside.All in all its a good place to celebrate.

Its a good Hotel Near Clock Tower, From the check-in point of view, the staff here is very courteous a 6 star service I would say and they welcome you well, the staff said my check in time was 12, but did provide me early check in @9:30 in request and requested for a check out at same time which I feel was a humble request.Rooms are excellent, clean and with almost all amenities.Restaurant is also good but they need to improvise on food taste for parathas.Even check out was well handled.Surely one of the best experiences in Hyderabad

Was here back in February 2010The room was clean and large the service was great.Employees went out of their way to help you.The food in the restaurant was good although you must tell them ZERO spice or else you will breath fire cause Indian food is very spicy.I enjoyed the hotel although the city of Hyderabad is a piss hole.

I rebooked this Hotel after checking on day 1 as I had to extend my stay for 1 night, It was a comfortable stay as Usual, had order Snacks in the evening for a Guest with Room Service and he said it was amazing.I was happy the quality of food was just excellent.Great stay and food with Time Square.Would visit again definitely.

I regularly go here to spend time with friends. Place has deteriorated a little since opening about four five years back. They dont have a range of beers in their hotel upstairs anymore and offer only KF Ultra, probably designed to get you to drink more and more since its light beer. Not a great way to do hospitality. They never have any other beers.They do have other spirits and serve it in good quality without dilution. The food is just okay. Bar food kind of food. I wouldnt recommend eating here since it isnt spectacular. Yes, the snacks are just about okay, but the food is just nothing to write home about.

Found its function hall wash room facility locked. After couple of follow ups, understood one of its staff locked it from inside, apparently he wanted to use it entirely for himself.To my wonder, the same repeated after about 90 mins.

Hotel is fantastic, but I lost 500 rupess which i kept in room. while i was away my room was cleaned by someone. the hotel authorities say they dont know about this!!!. So, if u r staying there, pls take care of ur belongings.

This was my second visit, and if at all possible this place is better than on my previous visit. It’s a bolt hole, private, and the service is impeccable. No traffic noise, well appointed rooms and enormously comfortable.

Vegetarian buffet is nice and non-expensive (Rs. 360 + gst). I liked the dish Buddhas delight. Deserts were few. Ambience and staff are ok ok.

It is a good hotel located just near the cloak tower. The rooms are spacious enough and well appointed. The internet speed of wifi is fine and the complementary breakfast is just fine. However my suggestion is to improve the variety in breakfast.

We stayed recently at Time square for 2 days. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Complementary breakfast is very good and service at restaurant is pleasant. Bathrooms are good and maintained very good. AC is not working up to the expected levels. Could not cope up with 42 deg C temp of hot summer. We had to manage with additional fan in room. Hotel management has to check regularly for various fittings. For example, Flush is too tight to operate. One of the window doors could not closed resulting to leakage of AC.

The rooms were good enough . The service was a little slow .the extra beds need to be upgraded .but I have to mention the honesty and sincerity of Mr.PREM who is the front desk assistant.we were chatting for a while in the lobby before we left the hotel.when we left, one us had forgotten a phone on the table there.we realised that the phone was lost only when MR.PREM called us and informed that there is a phone left out on the table . Then we headed back to the hotel and picked it up .I Would give MR.PREM a 5 STAR RATING for his honesty and service .i think people like MR.PREM should be encouraged ,so that they keep on doing this good work.

I & my family chose this hotel for its location in May 2014. Rooms are clean. House-keeping staff are good. However, you can expect lot of surprises. As NRI, I carried one bottle of wine. Suddenly, I got to know that outside stuff is not allowed, even if u come from abroad. Secondly, my booking was bed+breakfast. First day, b/fast was served for all four of us. Suddenly, 2nd day, they said only 2 are allowed. And the same happened for 3rd day as well. Very weird. Room rates are high for a 3 star hotel. Overall, experience is disappointing. Book this hotel at your own risk.

Good place. Food is okay, not much spicy.

I have stayed in this hotel recently (Dec 2018). The rooms (at least in the 2nd floor) are highly accident prone.When one enters the room after, after about 4 feet there are two steps to the room floor. The room floor is about 3 feet below the door level. Added to this the lighting in the room is very dim.When you enter into the room, its hard to notice the floor level and will walk normally and will fall down. Same thing happened to me, I fell down on the floor. Thank God indeed, I was not hurt, but there is a high chance of one getting fractured.I am surprised and aghast at this room, its highly unsafe. Don’t know how City Planning authorities gave approval for this.I have informed the hotel staff about this dangerous feature in the rooms. But I am sure it will be ignored, as most of us in India give safety a least importance.I sincerely urge all to please avoid this hotel, unless the hotel reads this, make the hotel safe and mention same here.

The food served is sumptuous. Although, it may not be a place where you can have a quiet and peaceful meal with your family as the place does not have any separate section for families away from the bar and restraint section. Three stars for the food.
