Disaster👎 Need to add new words in dictionary to explain about the worst nature and system.1.After interview, asked to work for 2 weeks to check performance and promised to pay good take home CTC.After 2weeks, Good feedback received, asked to extend for a month by assigning new tasks.After a month, asked to extend another month.Without any offer letter, without any pay, I denied to extend.Didnt receive any payment.After continuous follow-up, they asked to service notice period to get the payment, they informed me notice period after joining in other firm after a one month gap.2.No employees coordination, if you ask for other dept info to perform ur tasks, theyll shout, everybody behaves like a dictator.You need to die urself to get the data and employeesinformation even during your probation period.Here alot of fake 5star reviews by employees and subcontractors to get their work done.3Every month youll see new young guy joined and relieved 😂
