My first complaint is registered in July 2020. Video turns off automatically, but we can hear audio.In August they told that mother board have to be replaced. I paid for the same. September they asked me to collect the tv , I went there and checked problem isnt resolved and they identified one more problem with Led lights . They said LED strip has to be replaced, I have argued and paid additional amount.End of November they said my tv is ready, I have collected it and ran for 2-3 hrs, the same problem continued (picture goes off and audio is still on), they have given a warranty for 3 months.I Have returned back on 1st week of December, finally they identified actual problem was with LED panel board and they repaired. Finally I have got my TV back on 21st December 2020. The management said there is no warranty for any service issues .Now on Dec 25th small white dots are visible inside the TV. These guys are saying I have to pay for the issue.Being an authorised service centre, to resolve a small issue they took almost 6months. Wasted money of 5.8k + time+ 3 times pickup and drop of my TV.Such a reckless customer service from VU authorised Hyderabad service centre. After this incident, I wont recommend VU TV to anyone from Hyderabad (Im not sure about other locations service centres). Guys think before you purchase, TV might be good but Hyderabad service centre is the worst.Other issues:- They wont give you GST bill for service or product, they give just a small slip (attached 2nd slip , they have taken back 1st slip which has payment info also).- They wont respond if you ask for service pickup and drop of your TV, better do it for yourself and save time.- Authorised Technicians are incompetent compared to local TV repair shops.- Spare parts take too long (weeks to months) to replace.VU management do something about your Authorised service centre else will loose the customers like me.Thank you guysYours HK

We need a lot of patience they work at a snails pace. I had to wait 45 days to get my tv unit and within a month same problem, its again been 15 days since I gave the tv unit for rectifying, am really fed up of these people and establishment.

I bought a 65 inches vu tv on 1st November 2019 in flipkart..on 8th september 2020 with 8n a year tha panel was failed..immediately I have given a complaint in Hyderabad vu servicing centre..the didnt respond to my complaint..then I sent a mail to Mumbai head office..they sent a technician .He said mother board failed..and he ordered a mother board..after 4 weeks they brought a mother board ..then they recognized panel failure..they said panel was damaged only for their wrong diagnosis..they said no warranty for failed panel..the worst service..of vu technologies. I recommend dont buy a vu tv

WORST SERVICE EVER.. No one will respond accordiny and its been week I filed a complaint and none are bothered. CS representative whom I spoke to is worst dont even know how to talk. STUPIDITY

Worst worst worst service by VU. I bought VU TV in 2019 DEC. From last week my TV is not working and raised a complaint VU788515. Service center is very care less not at all responding

Its exactly back side to old anand theatre, have to wait for 2 week for repair, little but disappointed about availability

The service was totally unsatisfied, paid 5000 for TVs screen repair & got same problem after 30 Days of service. Trying to call the service guy & he denays the call without lifting.Worst experience with VU Television.

Recently I raised complaint on my issue while I was playing home button on remote control iam not able to get any interface or patchwall its been week unfortunately no response from support team,pls avoid purchasing vu products

Its not like head office of hyderabad.Office premises looks good but office environment is not upto mark!!and even they didnt divided each department.Every depaetmeny will be in one floor which looks like double bed room flat.Average customer relationship.Wont respond properly.

Service is okay, but VU TVs are worst. The model which I bought(43 inch 4K Android TV) is having issue with the screen. The image gets blurred while playing 1080P , 2K or 4K content. Better not to buy VU TVs.

I still did not get my support for a small problem in my VU tv raised on 4th Aug 2018. The worst service and after sales support I have experienced in recent times! I would write a complaint in consumer forum tomorrow if I dont get my problem sorted by tonight. Never never buy any VU products!! They are frauds!

Only for reinstallation nobody has turned up from last 5 days. My ticket no. Is VU219433, such a pathetic service in Hyderabad. Now Im regretting myself why I have purchased this product.
