I bought HP i5 laptop here Initially they said 8gb Ram and we can extend upto 16gb and they have included 4k charge for that in my bill.But after paying the bill when they are configuring the laptop we came to know there is no 8gb slot to expand in that laptop we can only extend to 4gb.Its better to check and know every spec before billing the laptop.People are tricky as well as little rough.Anyways my lappy is up and running good but with only 12gb Ram instead of 16gb.Overall its good if u know your laptop specs very well.

Update: Not satisfied with after sales support, I got cooler master ARGB cabinet and I found ARGB controller was missing in it and it is been one month still he is not giving me that, simply passing time saying he is busy 😏. If you are out of his shop then you are not a priority for him any more which is very bad.This is one the busiest shops in CTC, shop is located in ground floor left side corner building. This shop has all major brands laptop, desktops related peripherals ranging from few ₹100 to Thousands and even lakhs. Place is quite busy and need to wait patiently to get product delivered, place accepts cash, wallet and card payments ( with 2% extra charge for card payments). Staff is welcoming and provides good discounts based on the demand for product and relation you have with owner. I recommend to visit the place for your laptop, desktop, gaming needs. 1)I dont recommend them. I had discussion around 2hrs to buy a laptop. Finally I bought one with paying much higher than on Amzon price. They Recommend so many flop models.They convince you to buy normal laptops saying they are commercial and AMD processors are better than intel. In real they are NOT.2) Most important point is that they install non branded AARVEX SSD and RAM. And they dont mention that in discussion. After payment they you will realise that they have manipulated you.Dont be a fool like me.

Very bad experience.I would better say i give -5 for the rating.I have done a proper research on the internet to buy a new laptop and visited Computer bazar.The quotation they have given me was a 6th generation A8 quad core with 2GB dedicated graphics laptop for that is suitable for me to work on 3ds max. After i paid they are about to give 5th generation which i denied to take. I asked my money back as it was not billed. They dint give the money back and forced me to take any laptop. Now the story changed- The sales person now made a game plan and sold me an other laptop which is not suitable for my work. He showed a laptop specs with A9 processor and he never said it has only a dual core processor, he says all AMD works on only 1.44 Gigz speed so as this laptop, says only this laptop has 5400rpm hard disk, dint speak of dedicated graphics at all and spoke on many specs which are not required for me and the nature of work. My phone was switched off and so did not find the proper specifications and reviews over the internet. Since i felt something fishy i said to him to keep the money with you for i will have a proper research on the said laptop and will buy it tomorrow. He dint agree. So am all in the trap of him. I was forced to buy a laptop which he forced. The reviews and specs have shocked me after i checked it online . overall i now have a laptop which is not useful for the work i do.I never saw the owner in the store so as i can interact with him. I think the sales persons are well trained to sell laptops which dont sell away.I was forcefully convinced, influenced on the situation. They better know the value of hard earned money.
