Very worst service in samsung store not able to speak out all lie...cco Tejaswini was worst behaviour and his way talking not good..he enginer aslo not having pastince.. warntly mobile aslo not able slove problem buldosing the coustmer... coming gang gathering...manger was sleeping in the room ..taking slary...billing person taking extra amount of card they saying credit card...amount aslo not fixble mouth talk of the enginer..why because he want slary... coustmer care supervisor Gowth just he was talking like a script story..just like a kid he was talking..not able lession the coustmer words just excutive wht was expalning scripts reading and he was telling very experienced person having the Store..just 10 th pass candidate bringing runing the company...and they have wasted my time..
Very poor service, unprofessional, very arrogant employees they dont have enough patience to answer customer questions and they use very casual language towards customer also if you ask them to correct they will start answering us with a louder voice with higher pitch very rudely. Then also they dont maintain COVID 19 S-distance with customers, group of people with gather at a place to fight with customer and they will start talking nonsense with the customer with bad language. I tried to take video of their behaviour one of the person came and pulled my mobile from my hands and started unwanted argument to support their staff like a wrestler.Visit if you are enough capable to handle them better dont visit this place.
Yesterday they told motherboard changed now your phone is all right but till overheating issue is not solved ( I had doubt they really changed or not) I had tried to call them which they had given me but they didnt attend vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv worst service center
Firstly they dont accept you and theyll try to blame mistakes on you , you should fight for your cause strongly. My phone cost is 50k(S7edge) , but warranty costs were totalled to 70k, all borne by the company, I didnt pay a single rupee from my pocket. If youre right fight strongly, but dont cheat. If youre right and strong, you can fight and win Even a global tech giant company like SAMSUNG. After these issues happened , Ive been using my device for 3years and no problem till date, phone doesnt hang too. Parts are genuine here.

Worst service..Even your product is on warranty. A person named ganesh will blame yu first and he will make sure that yu wont be able to claim the warranty.
They try to blame the fault on the costumer. Eventhough my product was in warranty, they said that it wouldnt be covered. I had a bad experience at this place.
