I am writing on behalf of dr Sheetal as she was unable to write a review. We approached careernu for doctors and recruited 4 bams doctors after paying 70k to careernu . Due to personal reasons few of the doctors left the job within one month, the doctors are very close to us, worked well n we have no problem with the doctors . During recruitment this lady Mrs Reena spoke so sweetly n fell behind us to write review within few days which is very early to judge, now when I m trying to approach careernu , without even speaking to doctors whom she had recruited, she is so unprofessional n rude... We have all the messages saved... they called me 100 times before recruitment... After taking payment, we were sent two profiles of candidates not interested in the job. Thats the amount of effort they put before sharing profiles. Before payment, we got calls from them multiple times in a day. They had promised a refund if they cant get us the candidate and now the concerned person wouldnt even pick up the call. I dont recommend them at all.

I hired their services for a nurse to my clinic. I gave clear instructions of what I wanted. Inspite of that the profiles sent were of BSC nursing working in ICU, who were either not interested or asking for a higher remuneration. Problem with them is the process starts after paying money. There is no way to know the clear picture except for trusting the promises made by the initial contact. The person of initial contact who talks sweetly and promises is different from the person who is assigned the job. In my case the person of initial contact Mr Ravikumar never answered my messages and infact cut my calls whenever I tried to contact after paying the money. Till I paid money he used to call me. I found this very unprofessional and appalling. I brought this to the notice of Miss Reena Pandit who was assigned the job. Here I would like to put on record that she is a good professional who tried to solve the problem but it didnt work. It appears they dont have a database of nurses as per the clients requirements. Work India free job portal worked for me rather than this portal where I had to lose the money and also go through the turmoil of repeatedly calling them. One can also try Quikr job portal, much cheaper and more responsible. I dont know about doctors but definitely I wouldnt recommend carrernu for hiring nurses.

And Dr Vinod is an MD Pharmacology, which doesnt fit our recruitment criteria, we only needed an MBBS fresh graduate with a maximum of 6 months experience to handle our emergency room.Important dates / Timeline:23-10-2018 - Rs. 20,000 payment was made to careernu.23-10-2018 - Completed JD was sent to careernu. (Clearly mentioned we need only MBBS fresher doctor)25-10-2018 - Resume of Dr Raisuddin was sent to us. We offered him a max of Rs. 60,000 per month. Careernu helped me get a radiologist very easily. finding a doctor in our salary range is such a difficult task for any hospital.All thanks to careernu,They promised 2 interested profiles, as promised they gave me the profiles , I rejected the 1st profile, they dint mind replacing the profile .Next MD Radiologist was well experienced and came for reasonable salary. Hired him.I am very happy to give them a five stars .would definitely love to recommend careernu to hospitals who are struggling in finding their staff.

Their Premium services are a scam, if they are so confident they will not ask for advance payment! They charged us and couldnt find anyone for the job!!!! They were forced to send two profiles but both were not interested! Its a case of legal fraud! Read the fineprint and stay away from these people.

They had promised doctors for my hospital and collected Rs. 20,000/- for their services which was promised as 100% refund if they could not provide us doctors.
