Its been only 4+ years since lift was made operational. But we made n number of calls time and again to rectify operational issues. Unless you want unnecessary headaches, please do not purchase or give AMC to this company.1) For 80 flats 2 elevators is not enough.=>That is why we had 7HP Motors installed to cater the load and other requirements. So, you mean to say that Builder is a fool to think 2 lifts are enough to cater 80 Flats?2) Residents in your apartment are not using elevator properly I mean not closing doors/gates properly.=>We have shared many videos with you, and I myself have faced the issue of doors not getting closed properly, you are saying as if we need to take coaching from you to on how to close the doors.3) In your apartment cellar filled with water we suggested you to close the cellar and you agreed for the same and we have replaced the components with cost to cost.=>Only after draining the water you made them operational, isnt?4) You are bringing outside technicians who are unqualified for troubleshooting the problems in elevator.=>We called you n number of times during Sankranti season, only then we had to reach out to someone else to get it repaired. All technicians who had visited were professionals, they are not unqualified as you were referring to. And same has been informed to you.5) We have given good safety locks for doors/gates you are insisting us to provide regular locks which are not safe.=>Every now on then they get damaged. How on earth we are supposed to know what kind of quality locks you provide. We have bills for each item with us. We can publish the same.6) We have given you report specifying materials to be replace for this we have sent you quote but we havent got approval from your end.=>We are fed up replacing the parts, I have never heard lift with only 5+ years has these many problems.7) In rainy season water is getting inside machine room and entering into elevator machine and control panel due to this elevator system gets malfunctioned.=>This is absolutely baseless. We demand to prove it.8) We are giving technical suggestions to you but you are not ready to receive it and not co-operating with us.=>Only God knows how cooperative you are.9) You are speaking very rashly with our staff (front desk manager).=>Please be in our shoes and preach before you speak10) We have installed many elevators and providing service to customers, =>we havent face this kind of problem with any customer except you.We have also seen many vendors else where, but issues like this we never faced.
