I have got Laser done by other contractors earlier. But experience with duratech is far better than anyone. Genuine company, no need to follow them. No cracks, good levels, nice finish. I must say its worth hiring Duratech. Very sound in technology. Dedicated workers. Professional team.

Gave them contract for VDF and concrete polishing for 30,000 sq.ft at my industrial warehouse in Medak. Before being awarded the contract they called number of times a day expecting to receive the contract. Once work started and gained some pace, their material used for polishing the concrete exhausted and they couldnt replenish it for weeks. Somehow they completed the project but with so many flaws, patchy work, bad polishing work and more. Far Far away from what they promised. We asked them to rectify the bad workmanship but in vain.Its been 4 months now, they do not respond to calls. Tried contacting Mr.Sourabh Sharma, Mr. Deepak, Ms.Aparna, Ms.Sneha, tried calling their office but no luck. Very callous attitude.One more thing I would like to point out is pure unprofessional behaviour of the above mentioned people, there is no Sync in their team, they keep playing the blame game on their team members.Highly disappointed, I thought I hired a good company, who would become permanent partners for my future works. Guess I have to look elsewhere.Would never recommend or Take their services ever again.

Some how they are not professional at their work. Very poor handling at clients. No proper response & very arrogant. They spoiled my floor & no solution so far. Never & ever recommand any one to them. If any one wanted to see the finish always welcome here. To report senior level no one responds.
