Very bad experience with VRR. I will never suggest any one who I know for VRR. They had made a deal for the duplex house and I had paid an advance of 1 lakh , an employ who was dealing with us said his boss is not around and to come back after 3 days, however I had to travel back to give the rest 9 lakh for the advance after a week. so went back with the other amount and to collect the agreement copy, to my surprise he says tht the property is sold off and its no more available we asked for explanation he has nothing to say and when we asked for refund he made us go to office 2 to 3 times and said the same thing now we cannot pay you back and asked for 15 days time after 15 days again he said more 10 days like wise we waited and he gave us cheque that was dated for next month. when i told them we have paid you cash and we need cash back 1st he promises and then later gives back cheque in had. If they get good deal even after dealing with us they will break the deal and t=give tht house to better deal person. Wr there is no loyalty the business is not good.

I just walked in to know the details of appartments and indepentant houses today i.e. 08/12/2019.The worst experince i had with VRR.They dont know how to treat a customer.Pleople are questioning did you come for the interview or to buy the product even after telling that i came to buy.That means the appearance is more important to them.Felt the same when a sales manager have explained about thier produst in a very rude manner.They dont value customers how can they value our money.Really worst staff i have seen.I dont know how their products will be.
