The salesmen with very very poor service attitude.Make people very disappointing & frustrated.People without good IT knowledge, strongly not recommend this shop.

Actually I had a more or less good experience here. Better than some comments I can see on google maps. This is right that some of the staff can be cocky but you can be nice and understand that they are managing a lot of people at the same time. Here I found all the things I wanted for 30% cheaper than any other shops.

Heaven for gadget and computer hardware freak like me.They have basically everything.They have test station where you may test your purchased products before bringing them home.

Those sales person on there had no knowledge just simply say yes an all question just to get sales. Irresponsible at all. Please careful of this scammer den. And their boss/manager too. Just pushing the responsibilities to other.

The service here has never been great. I come here almost every week for parts, cables, etc. But today was so bad I will probably not come back again. I needed a few cables and when I could find them, I asked someone. He did manage to help me find 1 but the other he was not sure so he asked a colleague. I showed her a picture and the name of the cable I need (a TRRS-TRS converter). She had no clue what it was so I explained and she simply said it was not possible such cable works/exists. So I explained what I use it for and she just said what I was doing is not possible (plugging a microphone into a mac) even though I actually have been doing it for 3 years and it is definitely possible. She just got super angry and screamed “Find Another Shop Lah”. So I did, I stepped in another shop and asked for the cable and got it in seconds. At least there they knew something about computers.

Pricing start at market value, can go lower abit if you know what your doing, all products are genuine, all staff good at communication and have excellent knowledge on IT.

So, I actually walked around Low Yat Plaza and I got 8 Quotations for a PC Build I wanted. This store gave me the best price and peace of mind.

Very poor or no service at all and no warranty shop and act like gangster. Dont buy from this shop because if the product is faulty they will blame you for spoiling it so no need to change for you event is not your fault and still under warranty they dont want to change for you .

One of my favorite shops in Low Yat Plaza. Located at the 3rd floor and from the outside the shop looks small, but actually is very big inside because it connects to a different exit door someplace else. They have probably the best priced loose items such as all the many different connectors and accessories. They have a good selection of mouse, keyboards, speakers, media players, hard drives, memory storage etc. This place is highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. The exchange item counter is totally not helpful at all. Moreover, the attitude that he has is totally unacceptable. I believe this is not the first time customer complain about his attitude. Hope the management could take note on such issue.

Some price is cheap do survey. One uncle is very helpful and experience. If you can get him, you will get more information

Staff is not helpful and cocky (an middle aged men at counter opposite the cashier). The staff seems like having the same kind of attitude a decade ago when I have been here, sad to see there is no improvement even after so many years.Please bear in mind that there are still many reputable computer stores around. I will never return to here again.

Nice place for any and every IT accessories

Had one of the worst runaround at this shop. The Salesperson are so parochial in their area of responsibilities. Instead of assisting customers, the person seeking assistance ended up going from one department to another. The person handling the testing of equipment was even worse. Totally unfriendly and not responsive at all.

The good thing about SRI computers is the pile of old computer parts that you can pick from a huge stack of collection. The prices are comparable to all it hypermart or other. It also depends wether you pay by card or cash. Sometimes you can avail discount by paying in cash. Could be crowded sometimes but the sections are well managed.

There are many other shops to explore. This is the last option if really the other shops unable to fulfill your need.
