Be aware of guy named Sid he writes something in estimate and provide something else. If you happen to not check it then he will say you should have checked. Instead of Dell keyboard I was given frontech keyboard which was not at all working. In estimate he priced it for dell keyboard.

They are scammers. Show you one thing then give you lower price product. Bill higher and when you approach they will tell you its the same product. Beware of these thieves, they will steal your money. Go to other shop and not this place.

The retail has a good range of products at a decent range of budget. The repair space has very good technicians who are skilled and quite fast.

Good enough pace for repairs a little confusing.for repairing you have to go for other shop which is in 1st floor (apparantly owned by sa people who knows) which is a bit pricy but there are also other repair shops nearby(its CTC duh) but dont know if you can trust them.,

I usually visit Swetha Computers in the cellar for competitive pricing they offer for computer components, despite the unprofessional and rude behaviour. But recently, theyve been worse. If you are not aware of what youre getting they fool you with older models, and dont even show you the product unless you pay. And later give you older and outdated products saying its the same. And once paid they wont return the money, or accept the product back, even if you notify about a different product being given, when they are being handed over.Price are better online, in e-commerce websites like Amazon for most of the products. So its better to order online if you live at a distance from CTC. Its not worth traveling all the way to the shop, when you can get better deals online and easy returns or replacements at your doorsteps, when things go wrong. And this place used to be one of the best places to buy computers in the past.

I bought laptop hp15sryzen 5 eq0500au here, first when I asked they quoted at 42,500price, and when they concluded that I will definitely buy they cleverly said the product they shown was a basic model of hp 15s eq0500au , and if you want a good on in same model u have to pay 45000,in the same series eq0500au with same configuration, be aware of products they show at quotation time and at Payment time . People have many tongues and they change their words and products with in second, for trusted quality visit trusted places, other wise you loose your peace of mind, worst experience.

Whenever I visit CTC market, I prefer Shweta computers & peripheral. The reason is you will get all quality product with a good discount. Also they have their own service centre which will deliver the service on faster basis. This is also one of the reason where I believe to choose Shweta computers peripheral rather than opting others. If you are looking for any computers accessories you can visit Sweta computers.

Note: Do not visit Shweta which is on main road, visit other two inside the complex and other one is in cellar.I have taken quotation from them and visited to purchase, then he priced 300, 400 more for each product then given quotation. He said prices will be change everyday then whats the use of taking quotation? Few products like ssd is cheaper in online then there prices. Please check, there are three shwetas in same location. I purchased diff products from diff shops got best price for each product.Remember Shweta computers pricing is not best in the market.

One of the salesman guy(Santosh) tried to scam me by selling a processor(Ryzen 9) 5 times more than its MSRP.Side note: I know Ryzen 9 3900x stock availability was an issue but that has changed/improved (at the time of writing this review) from AMDs end. These greedy sellers are just looking for an excuse to overcharge.These scalpers think, we are gullible ,naive and would just pay whatever they ask us for. The problem here is that there are people out there willing to buy it at those inflated prices, encouraging these sort of greedy vultures to overcharge.Its time we said NO to such sellers and showed these greedy sellers that we arent incompetent fools which they think we are.

I wanted to replace a swollen battery and I got it in less than 24 hours where as other SHOPS at CTC were claiming that itll take more than a week to arrive.
