Working experience is so good but I suggest that company need to think(care, understand) about Employe.which I have never seen in this company.

One the worst company..they torture employees for their use.They even dont care at what state employees are dealing with.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Fisrt and and foremost the company ambience is worst. The old people who are working since startup they knows only few things and their behaviour is very rude, when it comes attitude it was horrible experience for me and they behave in a manner that they are the stake holders of the company.These fellows thinking will be at low level and they treat all employees in the same way because they cant imagine bigger.The people who are walking with the company since startup phase those fellows only wrote good reviews because they cant step out from the company due to their low skill set and low performance then obviously they must praise the company to stick more strongly.Seriously who want to make career brighter please do not waste your valuable time with this organization kindly stay away, For time passers its a best company.My sincere advise to btech graduates please make your startup with good companies and make your career brighter in the same field of engineering you studied, Today you might not get a good job but for sure in future you can get it.

Its only one Worst Organization in the world. you didnt found any corporate culture hereits not suitable for Engineering graduates because you cannot find any engineers in the companyDont apply for this company and also dont go for any walkin interviewsif you want to join in ramtech they will ask you, you have to write a band for 2 to 3 years and also you have to submit your original certificates.you have to know as per suprim court terms and conditions dont submit your original certificates to any company.HR ALEKHYA IS ONE OF THE WORST EMPLOY, SHE FEELING LIKE VERY HIGH INTELLEGANCE, SHE IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR BLAMING THE EMPLOYESS, SHE DIDNT RESPONSE TO THE EMPLOYEES PROBELMS,they will not give your original certificates if you submit your original certificatesSimply it is a cheating and blackmailing company.All employees are diploma and ITI They are curently working for Ramtechas a Team leaders and Project leaders and they dont have leadership qualities and they dont know how to treat the subordinates
