I was facing a problem with my 1.5 year old Dell Latitude 3440s Wifi Signal bar not exceeding 3 bars out of the 5 bars that I used to regularly see. Wifi worked almost fine but on checking speedtests website I found the speed is less than before and copy speeds were also lesser when I tried to access network drives which now made me curious to get it fixed anyhow.I contacted om computers IT support guy and he fixed in just 2 hr thanks. very much .

Worst experience I ever had. Went to the shop to repair my cpu, the owner tested with his smps to start the cpu but it didnt turn on and again he made several attempts to start the system and failed.Then he began to say that both the smps and hard drive to be replaced with the new ones. I was not convinced and asked him to place it as before he did and charged me 300 as testing charges without doing anything. Then after that I went to CTC and repaired my cpu by replacing only the Smps and the harddrive is doing fine. This idiot doesnt know anything and simply fooling the people.
