Very nice eye care hospital . I had 20 years experience with the hospital. Firstly I approached in 2000 year. Here doctors and medical, also non medical staff are very good and Co operative with patients and their attendant. Very good Hospital in India for eye care. And prices for all eye treatment is very reasonable and effortable.

There is no parking for cars n the security staff are very rude n arrogant. Specially admin raghav who should politely deal with customers but he too is rude n very unprofessional, instead of making customers comfortable regarding car parking he bluntly says keep wherever u want im not bothered. When i said will complain he said do it wherever you want im not bothered, if this is the attitude of admin then how can we expect from lower cadre. He is bringing down the image of hospital down. I hve changed my decision to carry on eye surgery of my mother bcoz of his attitude

Very aggressive behaviour of Senior Doctor Dr Padmaja Kumari Rani. First of all it was wrong entry against patient who is my father. I went along with him. Optician came and entered wrong details as patient have already undergone examination which he hasn’t. He just came and have booked appointment for next day. When I have asked that she told Dr padmaja Rani who claims that she is senior most and started behaving aggressively.Very bad experience and can understand why Doctors are blamed because of few Doctors.No offence to Doctors pls as I myself a MBBS doctor who is working asa med offr

Service worst to patients. Patients are waiting but doctors discussed with reception staff with jokes approx 30mins.This not correct way to treat to patiens.Very bad experience.

Hygienic and well maintained. You can walk-in directly or book appointments online. Eye checkup costs around 400 rupees and can be paid by cash or card, UPI payments are not accepted. Doctors and staff are very friendly. Spectacles are little pricy, but overall best place for regular eye checkups.

Excellent treatment by Dr Padamaja,i never seen such a polite doctor,the way she speaks and treat the patient is very appreciatable..i recommend to visit Lvpei Alwal..

Maintaining very neat and clean during this pandemic time. Doctors are really good and knowledgeable as well as friendly manner explaining things very understanding. Its direct walk-in first come first service basis. Weekends is more busy. Try to reach early around 8:30 AM your waiting time will be less.

A very Clean and neat hospital.A thorough and complete examination of the eye is done using various medical procedures.It is an authorized hospital of the main branch and doctors from the main branch are appointed here.Appointments are given on first come first serve basis.The hospital will be open upto 5:30p.m..But better to reach there by 3p.m as appointments will be given only upto 3p.m. and will be extended only if there is no rush.

Administration is not good, have long waiting time, even after appointment time need to wait in hospital for 2-3 hrs, if we plan going after 2-3 hrs of appointment time then also we shd wait there for 2-3 hrs . Not recommended, even if doctors are well experienced there is no use because it is hard to get consultation . There are other hospitals which are really good, max vission is doing great

I took appointment for my mom who is aged 60+ today morning and I was asked to come at 2 oclock in the afternoon but the appointment timings were 1.30 as per their records. So she asked my mom to come at 2 pm. She reached the hospital by 2. She made my mom to wait till 4.30pm and sent all other patients telling that she came half an hour late. LV PRASAD HOSPITAL IS having a good name but the people dont have minimum common sense, and courtesy towards any elder people.

Absolutely no point in taking appointments, you will be waiting for hours n hours .....
