This place is amazing. All the staff are great. Denise does my hair she is amazing, i will never go anywhere else. The staff is kind, patient and great at what they do.

If you have children and want to stand and help and comfort them DO NOT GO HERE! They would not let me stand with my 4 year old who has anxiety.Very upset, and they had no concern for my child or me. Will not be back.I understand Covid but I should be able to stand with my child with a mask on. Ridiculous

Had Jessica cut my hair and she did a beautiful job. Finally had a hair dresser listen to me and do a great job. Will be back in a heart beat

It was good that did a nice job I wish I had a coupon or something that I could take in when I would get a haircut it is a little expensive especially if you leave the Machamp friendly and warm

So beyond disappointed - there is a new face at this location that has devastated my son - it was the absolute worst hair cut I have ever seen - this person lopped off unequal amounts of hair - and then overcut other spots - and carved into his hair line to totally remove the side burns and then some - I have never had to leave a negative review in my internet life - but this needed to be shared - the person was working in Huntsville between 330pm and 4pm March 10, 2020 - I will not risk the visit again. Now dealing with a son who is too embarrassed to go to school - urgh.

I would suggest cutting your own hair rather then pay them to mess it up

Well lets just start with wow... NOT A GOOD WOW! MY hair looks like someone took a weedwacker to it! Not impressed with it at the end of it! First choice was always my first choice and Ive been going to first choice for a long time.. Im sad to say first choice is now my last choice..

Despite not taking appointments is a great place for a quick inexpensive cut, just need to get there at the right time!
