Had Dinner at this restaurant but the staff is really un aware and forgetful and over here they charge on everything extra and the food was really not good and for the water bottle they charge 37 rupees!!!! Seriously 😂😂😂 I really don’t recommend this Hotel Guys

The place decent but the food needs improvement, the buffet was extremely limited with the bare minimum necessary to call it a buffet. The place is huge and good for a nice chat with your family as you enjoy the lunch or dinner

Its located in the prime area of Clock tower, Secunderabad. Its on the 1st floor. Ambience is very appealing, staff is very polite and prompt. Seating is quite comfortable and few tables present a very good view of the Clock tower circle. They have separate cabins for groups which can accommodate upto 12 people. We took one of them and it was a great experience. Food is really good and the rates are quite reasonable too.

We are regular customer of your restaurant. Please dont change the chefs regularly. Since last 5 months you changed thrice. But last chefs food is very pathetic. Make a changes to provide tasty food.

Before covid the food was awesome. Seems like chefs have changed so the taste is not like before. Especially in biryanis (egg, chicken and mutton etc..) use to be too delicious but recently I went to have chicken biryani and taste was just like normal and regular taste.

Really good food. It is also very reasonable. Good serving staff and wait time is less . A la carte is a bit expensive though . One of the favourite restaurants to go to on normal days for my family . Not crowded and you can find ample space to get a seating. Also one can book a table online before going.

Buffet is ₹400 or so on a working day. Non-veg and veg Spread is decent. A la carte is a bit expensive. Limited Parking available in front. Entry is from outside stairs, not wheelchair friendly. It was the worst experience during buffet lunch chicken and mutton was full of bones spicy dishes were more of sweetness. Worst part was lack of professionalism amg the staff ,,,Staff rude behaviour..

Worst place i have visited. The foid was terrible. Had ordered seek kebabs- it was only basen, mutton roganjosh-less of mutton & more of gravey. People were getting drunk & creating nuisance, no control by management.

Food is Good. Nice Staff and ambience. We ordered Mutton pepper fry as sample it was the best later we ordered we ordered 5 plates. Biryani is good and other starters too..Happy eating

The attitude of the staff is something which bothers me. The particular person who was serving us kept spilling the water and food on us. They were so rude while serving us and they kept repeating it. Even when i was about to take the bill after paying them through card he just threw the bill on to table and left.I will advice all my friends to never ever go to this restaurant.

One of the best restaurants in secunderabad area.The restaurant is easily noticeable from the road.Coming to the interior, it has good lighting and has ample seating.The appetizers (veg and non-veg) were good with good amount of spice in them.Coming to the main course, the biryani was not up to the mark as it lacked flavour.Rotis and indian curries were flavourful and tasty.Chinese cuisine was also good.Desserts were good but they could improve the availability of their desserts.Even though I had never gone to their lunch buffet, they offer one of the most affordable breakfast and lunch buffets in Hyderabad costing around 350-400 for lunch.Wish they could also organise a dinner buffet at the same price.Overall a great place to hangout with family and friends as they even have a bar!.

Food is good, but service is worst. Waiters are not clear about orders and on every order they tell the cost of items.they dont have minimum manners that how to behave with customers. I think blue bay should hire well qualified hotel management guys.

Devil may care attitude by wait staff, scornful look almost.The starter pieces are all weirdly overdone like theyre trying to hide the staleness of the food.Ambience itself is good but the waiters will keep bothering you to order more and in the process will affect your evening - it seems like theyre on a quota for each table to meet.If asked for beer offering, only KF Ultra present which indicates they want to make money by pushing hard liquor.I wouldnt return. Shoddy place. Only saving grace is their Biryani.

New Waiters came. Head waiter is not giving respect to customers. I ordered Chicken drum stick. He served me long back cut onions along with drum sticks. Those are getting bad smell. I asked him to replace. But he is not replaced. His attitude is not good.

Dont waste your precious time because they are really irresponsible fellows working there and foods also not good to have. Go with your family otherwise they will change your seat every few minutes.
