Apartment and construction is superb, only worst thing is dumpyard. Unbearable smell daily when they are dumping the waste and later pollution when they burn it. If you want a Apartment at the cost of your health then go for this Apartment.

Please note that most of the positive reviews posted here are by VRR employees, so you dont have to take it seriously.This review is for the VRR builder, one of my relatives purchased a flat in one of VRR ventures located in Dhammaiguda, their happiness did not last long, within 3 months, they saw wide cracks in the wall through which u could see the other side , during rains , it is just not water seepage you see on the walls but literally water is leaking in new rooms damaging the wood work.My relatives have approached the civil personal/incharge on the site several times requesting them to fix it, to their utter shock, they realised that its only before sale you are treated well, post sales you are treated like a nuisense.Construction quality is poor , they have acquired several acres of land in Dhammaiguda and their primary focus is only on the quantity with several housing projects in the close vicinity.Advice is enquire with people who have already been living for more than an year before making an important decision in life

Narrow access roads but the colony is good

Quality of construction is moderate. Timelines commitment for handing over the building is good, but once in a lifetime investment quality need to be maintained.

Roads need to be developed.

Gated community, peaceful place, about 1km from dammaiguda cross road. No swimming pool, municipal water connection yet to be provided. Its adjacent to Arogya Vanam. No Connectivity to Dammaiguda x road (no auto, no bus), but OLA, UBER services available though not frequently . Area is within GHMC limits
