A mall from the previous era, unkept and poorly managed. In its prime it was one of the first ones in town to have a escalator which is no longer functional. The complex now houses mostly offices and a lot of the shops remain empty.Plenty of parking for two wheelers is available however none for your car. Off street parking isnt available either.
