I erroneously thought my home theatre was broken. The staff quickly connected it up and showed me that every part works. They were helpful and cheerful during the entire process and didnt charge me anything.

Sonys Authorised Service Center. They repair most of the products by Sony, i.e., headphones, TVs, speakers etc.Very professional in their service, the office is also clean & well-kept. Although I wish it was a little bigger, they only have two associates, so you might to have to wait in cues for a long time.

Probably the only SONY Authorized mobile service centre left.But there is no use going here.They say almost stopped service to most mobile models.My Xperia Z1 Compact screen broken and they say sorry,no spare parts and service available.So went to private mobile shops @ Secunderabad paradise. They changed my display and phone is working for now. At least they are helpful than authorized service center.

Sony always my favorite, but smart phones didnt make it in India. Really need Mark 2 phones

I can give 0 star rating for such a irresponsible behaviour with the staff, I walked in for dvd player repair, ticket raised and no response since then. I kept on calling 40 times dialy, finally I approached service center and those technicians were not responsive and asked me to change complete power instead of repairing it, I took my player to other service center, and they resolved my problem with a service cost of 800/- where these people quoted me more than 6000/-.These are not technicians, these are not even worth than mechanics.Worst experience with these people.My kind suggestion pls dont walk into this service center.

The service here is really slowThey have two counters and both of them are very slow and you dont find all the Sony parts hereI feel flee markets are better to buy Sony parts rather than going to Sony authorised centres.I waited for an hour , the counter guy took one hour with a previous customer and then ended up saying sir this part is not available 😑

I went to this place for my mobile service no service provided by them. Purchasing mobile phone of Sony brand is my mistake and it took my contact number noted my name in their register and said after getting the spare part they will call them but this was not happened I visited for many times and called on mobile phone to know no the spare part has reached or not but the things settled in an indecent manner and I approached a private honour authorised mobile repair store in Dilsukhnagar and finally got my mobile phone repair done and right now it is working very fine. So this people are very intelligent Just provide lip service with very fast and dignified words but all are not useful for us. So please dont visit this centre for your Sony mobile phone repairs and other related services.

A dream to have Sony Mobile but if Ur screen is damaged please forget to repair as the entire phone to be replaced with a cost of ₹6000 plus where these days its too much to spend on.But if there is option to screen replacement like Samsung it will be easy alwaysBut 3 star is for only Sony experience and technology is the best overall

I give to service that the usb cap part is inside remove that then replace new but u this people didnt do that and when i am taking hand over the handset till i got doubt and said that you people have not removed the peace Hathaway the usb cap is not closing for that you answered that no its new cap so it takes time to close properly ....but till today it was not closing properly and now i took that and noticed the peace broken till inside and u didnt removethis what your service means
