Well as i am not from Hyderabad, i always wanted to try paradise biryani from Hyderabad. So the first thing i did after reaching Hyderabad is to visit Paradise biryani.Ambiance is good , family crowd, service is good, Price is little high but if u r visiting a restaurant with 3 floors, its ok to charge that much!We ordered a Chicken treat combo, which consists of 2 biryanis, butter chicken, rotis, chicken 65, raita and salan.Taste is not up to the mark i expected.Overall okay! 🙂

The biryani is not the same as it used to be. The service is also awful and late. The starters and other few dishes are good though. The softy icecream in the bakery section is my favourite. And all bakery items are good.

I was eagerly waiting to eat biryani in Hyderabad paradise. Finally my waiting came to end. I have tasted paradise biryani in Bangalore which is just okay. So I thought it will be good in Hyderabad. So it reaches my expectations but chicken pieces could be better. Overall taste and my experience here is good.

Well, I understand many have written great reviews about it, and mine would be just simple addition to that simply praising its biryani...I was in Hyderabad for some official work and I was more than excited to visit paradise biryani... within 20 hrs, visited twice (one just before catching the train)Nope, its not my first time, it was my 4th time in the city and though my Hyderabadi friends suggest trying other “known” biryani places, I always end up here.As everyone knows this is the first outlet of the paradise franchise… Upon entering you can see a glimpse of the history of paradise and Hyderabad on their walls, also, they have a section which is dedicated to celebs who came and feast on its famous biryani including Sachin Tendulkar.Coming to food-I ordered mutton Nizami biryani, I chose spicy which means double masala for them. Each bite, full of sumptuous taste - its real foodgasm. Rice perfectly cooked, mutton ( not typical mutton bones) pieces are real soft n juicy (not hard ones)...Cant even find anything off in it.. as I said I was there for 2 continuous meals, so one instance, ordered Chettinad Murg tikka - it was great too.. soft, pinkish color inside, juicyWell, they do know how to please ur tastebuds. Service was also top-notch, I asked 3/4 times for salad and they happily obliged that.They do have 3 floors for this which they name Gold 1/2/3.Now I am not sure when Ill visit this lovely city again... I spent a few years in the USA as well and you can also find paradise over there which they say we are associates to Hyderabad one but I highly doubt that...

This place is the origin of the brand Paradise. This is now a very big place which includes paradise takeaway, restaurant, bakery, haleem point, etc. Mutton biryani here is just heaven, the taste that can’t be obtained at any other restaurant. It’s world famous for a reason guys. Since this is the main branch, there is enough staff here to address everyone despite huge crowd. The service is fine. They recently introduced paradise biscuits which can be bought here. There are some offers on combo meals (images attached). After the food, you will be given some saunf. Satisfactory experience. Would recommend it.

Superb Excellent and MarvellousNot from today i come to Paradise Hotel for almost 23 years and eat biryani , keema tandoori and drink tea and eat hot tasty & crispy samosa snacks and we find this palace looks very nice and looks very relaxed and paradise does a lots of clean maintenance. Always and everywhereInside the hotel, outside the hotel and in the parking area, there is such a low and such excellent arrangement. Even a small paper is not visible on the ground.I really like this cleaning maintenance. As long as i dont Eat & drink Paradise tea and snack, i dont get rest and my mind speaks and my heart says lets go out into the PARADISE and have IRANI CHAI

The restaurant ambience is good but the biryani I tasted here is not upto the mark... doesnt reach the brand value of Paradise Biryani...not at all spicy...they just cooked plain rice & added the chicken pieces in it... even though the chicken is soft & good in taste, rice is good in texture ...overall it didnt give the satisfaction of eating spicy Hyderabad Biryani... disappointed...other small restaurants have better taste than this to be honest...!! Dont know it was only that day or its being like that only these days..but they should improve the taste definitely otherwise the brand name will be lost...!! In the ground floor there is a bakery where you can find cakes,biscuits & all the bakery items over there..

Worst biryani ever tried. Dont go if you dont want to ruin your life time taste of biryani. I dont know if people are visiting them just because of their big name in past. For me .... Very crowded.The service was bad. The bearer was a bit arrogant.Food quantity was good. A combo of two biriyani and two rotis with butter chicken and chicken tikka was more than enough for 3 peoples.Its like a festival, people from all over the country visit this place only to eat a over hyped biriyani.They have parking underground, and a bakery wher you get a good chai and lassi and falooda.

So, I ordered a mutton roll for 35rs- which was okish, then mutton samosa for 15rs - which to my quite surprise I didnt find mutton in it and then a faluda for 60rs - this was also okish, faluda was so normal. It didnt have any kind of dry fruits in it. The food in the bakery section wasnt that great and the service also wasnt good. The way they were giving the money back was so unethical, they were just throwing the change money to the customer. I from my experience didnt like it at all and that practice can be changed.

When I was young I used to eat Paradise biryani and it was very tasty, but now quality and quantity are less and they changed the recipes. Biryani is not at all tasty. Yesterday we went there the food was not to the quality. The prices were high and prices were not reasonable. Waste of time and money. 😡

Such a nice experience. Staff helped is in getting the best seats. When the biryani arrived, I was perplexed by seeing the quantity of biryani. Me and my wife... Who will eat this much, even half of it could have been enough.We ate what we could and rest of it was packed a nice packing. Supplied with two sachets of SOUNF for each.Otherworldly service.

The place was super busy. But the staff seem to have total control of the crowd. The wait was quite understandable, for literally there were a lot of people. As a first timer with no expectations, the briyani was a great experience. The rice was soft and rich with flavours. The masala was good and the chicken was tender and had completely absorbed the flavours in a balanced way. And the chicken 65 was soo good! The butter naan was soft. Tried the Qubani ka meeta too.Overall I had a tummy-ful experience and went back with awesome flavours to remember Hyderabad with.

The taste is okay ...They take full money for less quantity which we can have in less price with good taste and more quality...But the servers are goodBut the restaurant is only for 5% of the people which is very tough for middle class and lower middle class people and yeah they have higher brand value but sometimes they just use their brand and not all the biryanis are tastes same and less in quantity ....They also have to provide world class biryani in less price with more quantity

Perhaps it was a good place. For vegetarians there is no choice. I felt it more like railway platform than a fine dining restaurant. Vendors pestering to sell sweets, biscuits, asking for rating rather than allowing to savour the food. Definitely not a place to visit again.

It was my first visit to Hyderabad and A colleague suggested me to visit paradise hotel for lunch. The place was neat and clean. Atmosphere was great when I reached. I ordered biryani for me. The quality and the quantity was too good. Loved the taste of Hyderabadi biryani.

Ordered Chicken tikka kebab, Nijami Chicken Biryani and onion salad(our fate, they cant even serve the necessary includes).Though Kebabs were good, the authentic original flavour of Paradise Biryani is missing some how. Its just like elsewhere whilest the menu prices are all time rocket high.Service should be improved a lot. Staff seems to be in a chasing hurry, spilling food on the table while serving to plates.Mirchi ka salaan is too sour missing spiciness, raitha is too plain nothing except a few tiny coriander leaves here and there.Paradise Get-up at least now.

Starters were served with the main course...we clearly mentioned that main course must be served after starter so that food will not become cold. We had to cancel order. Earlier the service was really good but now it is not worth it. Better go to some other place.

You really need to improve your hospitality, the attenders need to have the quality of friendliness and understanding. Speak Hindi, English or telugu doesnt matter but please do speak. So let me share my experience Ive tried to converse in Hindi as well as English yet the waiters and attenders were just using body language or sign language what we call just nodding. How does that work ? There are irregularities even in the best of best but do not show it in front of your custumers do not scream aloud. Rest assured is really appreciable👍👌Try to decorate using plants and saplings. Using few more historic pictures and paintings would really enhance the beauty and the vibe

Today I bought 1special chicken biryani + 1nizam chicken biryani + 1chiken khabaab its combo pack. In 1 pkt total plain rice with 1 piece of chicken. And in 1more pkt total like this which ever posted photos. You can see the photos. Complete 50% of masala. 30% and 20% rice of biryani. West if rs 800/- of money. This is 2nd time experience. I never will re visit to your the great paradise biryani.And one thing for this order preparation almost 30mnts taken. literally waited there.My bill copy also enclosed here.Dear friends dont buy any one from this place west of money.Thank you.

I am (rather was) paradise birayani lover since over 10 years now.I was out of hyderbad and returned after 14 months.First I had birayani @ paradise Secunderabad 2 days back. It was horrible ,, thought may be badluck.Today ordered one from swiggy.. it was even worse...
