It was a good experience I had here for my Canada student medicals and the whole process completed in 2hrs. Staff were kind and good. Please be present by 9 or 9:30 morning to complete your process a bit faster. Without a doubt, please go ahead and book your slots.

It was so easy process it may just take 1 hour its depends on the time and number of people on that day present. Step 1: you need to fill the form and dont forget to take your university address it required while filling youre form once you done with your form. The next step is payment process once you done with payment. step:3 there will call you to the x-ray room once you done you need to wait for 10-20 mins .Step:4 there will call you for your signature. Its done you need to come after 3-4 hours to collect the documents. Dont forget to take 2 photo..

I just made a big mistake by visiting this clinic. After all the visa medical tests, they gave an information sheet which says that I didnt provide online consent to share information with IRCC Canada. I tried to reach them on phone, email and twitter but of no use. They will never ever attend your phone calls and emails. I traveled 450 KMS to take this medical test. Without the online consent, my visa application will not proceed further. I dont know what should I do now.Please do not choose this clinic for visa medicals and instead go to CMM Hyderabad. My sincere suggestion to all VISA medical candidates. I am suffering a lot because of this clinics irresponsible behavior.

They do not have a lady doctor post lunch to check the women visa applicants. It is bizarre not to have a lady doctor for such a busy hospital which tests people going to the foriegn countries! I strictly recommend the hospital management to hire a full time lady doctor.

Amazing place! Super fast service!I went there to get the TB test done for UK visa. They ask you to fill a form on the spot and no prior appointment is needed for UK applicants. The documents required are:-1. Original Passport2. Two photocopy of passport (front and last two pages of passport printed on a single page x2)3. Two visa photos (35mm X 45mm). Bear in mind visa photo is NOT SAME as a regular passport photo. In this photo, the face is enlarged by upto 80% and no spectacles should be worn in the photographs and preferably printed on matte sheet.4. UK adress (and its proof possibly)The process is very smooth and staff is very professional. I was a bit hesitant to go there because of the reviews but I found out that the people there were not rude rather they were stern and strict. If they tell you to sit and wait, sit and wait. Dont ask them to hurry or ask unnecessary questions. They maintained a decorum and did my application. I am very happy with the quick proces! Will definitely go there again if required anytime in the future!Cheers!

Ok kinda service. I have done medical appointment for Canada prior to one 20 days before, but their database entered it as Australia and with a different appointment timing. Diagnostic checks are fast but the receptionists are very lazy to work. They keep talking among themselves keeping customers waiting. The process was very quick, was done with the test and got the certificate for visa in 20 mins or less.

I think there is no need of taking appointment for CT scan to the students going to aboard and this is for students who think or get confusion can we smoke before going there or how many days should I quit smoking for having good report you can smoke on the same day of test also just wait for 3 hrs after you smoke and go. to test it will be fine

LADIES 👩🏻 This Review will be helpful For you.I Booked Appointment For My Wife Permanent Residency Visa medicals, While Booking it did clearly mentioned that Lady Physicians are only available from 5pm to 7pm, 2 hours in a day. So We booked in these specific times.Luckily Just one day before appointment my wife gone through some of these GYD Visa Clinics Reviews and found that male doctors have to examine ladies while the time of physical examination even though they booked for lady physician service and how they went through lot of embarrassment due to this act.Immediately we called them and asked about lady physicians availabilty for our appointment, receptionist or other staff were not sure about it and later on they confirmed that lady physicians are not available for our appointment time 🤬 Are you serious? You cant afford a lady doctor for 2 hours a day? Why did you accepted appointment if you dont have staff available for whatever reason?we live locally we can easily go back if we dont like their service but Imagine ladies who come from far places to get their visa medicals done and after coming here they realize that there are no lady physicians available and as they already here, cant go back or cancel appointments, they have to do their physical examinations through male doctors and go through insecurity complex. This is also Sexual Abuse. Anyway I am reporting these guys to DIBP meanwhile ladies who come from far places please be very careful. Thank you

The facility is clean and not crowded. The staff is polite and cooperative. It takes about an hour to do the tests. Nice place.

Almost recommended for quick TB test results. Only thing that stops me from going back again is the unapologetic staff.

I went for UK visa med test. I went at 2 pm on Friday, test was done quickly and results were given 6 pm same day. Staff were trying to help but few of them rarely show a smile on face when you ask something. There are few food courts aslo if we walk few 100 m from GYD. Overall I feel its a good and easy reachable place from rail station.

Available doctors are experienced...and very able I must say!! Especially Dr.Dinakaran who is a General Physician is very sought after. Diagnostic services are bit costlier but accurate. This place is famous for doctor consultation and frequented by students for visa medicals . Vaccination and certification for students leaving for USA, Germany, UK,...etc are done here... Service is very professional and reliable . One must take appointment before one month or so..

One of worst medical diagnostics I have ever seen, very poor response and harsh responses from reception. Being a visa medical diagnostics they should have proper and well trained front office executive but shes worst and dont deserve that place. Please replace her immediately with proper executive and have proper communication with clients. I feel you people deserve 1* for your services.

Very worst service. Doesnt give proper response and the Reception phone is always busy and they never attend the calls and keep the phone line aside so that the customers receive busy tone always. They dont even check whether the medicals were uploaded to the immigration correctly or not which will be delayed for the immigration process. Never ever recommend this clinic for visa medicals. Large number of students will visit this place for medicals. Term VISA MEDICALS is the word that fits it. Theres different approach for different country. Even they say itll take 3hrs theyll manage to complete in 1.5hr. Blood, urine is the first test, followed by eye checkup, x-ray and BP. At last physical body examinations will be done by professional where whole body will be examined.The above process is for Canada. Process may change with country.Thankyou

I was here twice and same worst experience with staff.Phone lines are set on busy between 10 Am to 2 pm (Direct walk in time).I went directly and made a call to their number and it was set on busy by the receptionist.When asked he replied we are getting calls continuously but I was standing right there and there was not a Single person on a call... Such a a liars, more over they will make you wait to fill the form for almost an hour, this is truly bad...If you question or complain then believe me you will end up last or your report will be delayed for 24 hours.... I wish they loose their licence or change the complete reception staff....

The worst management system ever. They make patients wait for no reason. The staff is very poor at managing the appointments. Appointments are given for a specific time but they never even care for others time. The doctor will meet you only after an hour or so. Really bad.

We had an visa appointment and for the tb test we appeared a day earlier and they said the certificate will be provided on the next day at 8:30am as the doctor is unavailable but on the next day Receptionist hadn’t shown up even at 9:10 A.M. Not even the manager appeared. Response of the general staff was worst. On the whole not a proper place for visa vitals.

I was having a medical appointment @ GYD Diagnostics on 4/jun/2019 my experience was wonderful .Excellent hospitality and all the staff from security to all the levels are hospitable to me. Iam extremely happy with the hospitality. The place is very nice and each and every staff are highly professional ,specially at reception( Mr.Dilip kumar Ms bhagya sree )very much focused on their responsibilities and send the patients to their respective departments on time. I had been there for the kid’s health checks as part of the visa medicals. The staff is unprofessional especially the front office guys have been busy arguing with fellow staff members and keeping the patients wait at the reception; most of the patients have been waiting for the response from staff. Being an authorised diagnosis centre for multiple countries they need to be professional and organised. I hear similar feedback from other patients that staff is rude.High Time to review your internal processes GYD!

You should be on your toes to complete your medical diagnosis. Friendly staff but some were lazy. overall good experience and good option for visa medical costs around 6K for full medical

Really a very bad experience, staff were very rude and doesnt even give the answers properly for Questions.

Everything is good excepts some long waiting time if you come without an appointment.I suggest you guys to take an appointment in their website.Overall it will be time consuming and they can give your medical certificate for visa in evenings or the time mentioned by them.

Im very much disappointed and have felt very worthless such a worst hospital never saw, here the management and doctors are also bad, especially physical examining doctor and nurse whats that if they want to check tattoos on the body or whatever it may there be an only lady, not gents. Please, girls or ladies, dont go there, they dont have a minimum common sense at all, how to check, one of my friends went here she suffered insecurity complex and mentally effected on that day a lot because of that behaviour and self-examine doctor and nurse. Worst management. They bungled up my Kids medical certificates. One was missing attestation stamp and the other was printed on wrong letterhead. Please be careful and check if all details are good before you leave for Visa. Pathetic service !

If there is any word than worst it should be said about this centre. I called last week on Friday. They say sunitha madam has to come. She attends the call only after 10.45 am. Then ultimately when we get to her, she rashly replied that she needs one week or 10 days to search my old reports. Then I said I have a surgery I need reports at least by next day and I also said I will I would complain about this. She said no worries go ahead with your complaint but I need 5 to 6 days at any cost for searching the reports. And she doesnt even inform us about the status whether searched or not. Again we have to start from the beginning. Calling and they say sunitha madam not there. Is there no solution for this. And in one comment I read about misbehavior also. It should be reported to police. All staff should be removed immediately and replaced by efficient people. Going on complaining is not the solution. There should be a solution for this. There should be an end for this. So that the people in future might not suffer. This is medical field and they cant be on leaves on Saturdays and Sundays like this. And that sunitha is enjoying more than a government employee. She attends phone calls after 11 am. She takes leave on weekends. Too much worst behaviour. Worst way of talking. It is little bit difficult to reach the hospital without personal vehicle, the receptionist should improve her talking sense with patients,however, i didn’t need to ask her anything but she was talking very rudely with aged patients and other also.

My experience with GYD Diagnostics was just outrageous. I went with my 13yr old daughter for medical test for Australian immigration. and the xray technician misbehaved with my daughter. He even silently pointed a finger at her warning her not to speak out. Only on reaching home she complained.....so scared she was of the incident.when contacted over phone the owner of the centre one dr.dinakar was not available on phone and the staff was equally irresponsible.am unable to accept the fact that such kind of things can happen at an institute of repute and the immigration authorities abroad are unaware of these misdeeds.

When we asked for a duplicate certificate of Tuberculosis report for a visa, they said they cant give it. Only god knows what is the problem in issuing a duplicate certificate. Staffs behaviour is completely reckless. I wont be going next time to this place.

Absolutely immature, non- trustworthy and unprofessional!I am surprised the NZ, AUSTR immigration have trusted GYD to such a great extent.I went to GYD ( Padmarao nagar) on 23-2-2014 to get my vitamin D levels done as a part of my pre surgical protocol and I went to collect my report after a few days. The report showed a vit d level of 138.08 pg/mL (ref range 19.6-54.3 pg/mL) which I thought was abnormally high. I consulted 3 other physicians for the same and wasted my time and money trying to clinically relate to the report. All the three doctors agreed saying that the report could be erroneous.I then went back to GYD in distress and tried to put this across to a nerd of a manager who was totally unreasonable and showed no empathy at all. He said GYD was not responsible for the report but it was vimta labs which was responsible. I asked him if they could repeat the test again and he said I would have to pay the same amount again. He also gave me a free suggestion that if the report comes similar again and if I am in doubt again, I should take a third opinion in some other lab. Now, are all these commercial labs there to take the common man for a ride like this? Go around for third and fourth opinions?I repeated the test again with Vijaya diagnostics after 2 weeks of unsurmountable stress and to my shock but relief the result was 13.74. It was just that GYD missed missed a decimal in their report!!Now my point of contention with GYD is that first of all for such a reputed (I strongly refute) diagnostic lab like GYD on which the American and Australian embassies depend on for the medical reports of their overseas graduates, it is a shame to give an erroneous report like this. How many more reports of others are erroneous like mine? Maybe because I hail from the medical profession, I could bring this out. How many common men are dealing with this silently, still going around doctors trying to interpret readings which may not be true?I was billed an amount of Rs.5550 for all my tests (including 3000 Rs for Vit D3). Now I don’t trust the entire report! I paid Rs 3000 again to Vijaya diagnostics for second opinion. I was also subjected to consultations from 3 physicians and one orthopaedician who further put me through other tests. Finally, the amount of mental trauma that I have gone through because of this is insurmountable!!
