Never ever think to join in this company..... Better to choose another one.... There is no respect for employee in this organisation....its deals with politics...

Went to interview,they we will inform after two days, but no information,they are asking commitment for two years,and asking certificate to provide,making youth as a slaves...

I have worked in s7 works not in norm software. This is the worst company ever I have seen so far. Very less salaries, horrible behavior with employees, hectric hours and no one is there to guide you. They will terminate you at any time and finally they will not provide you any certificates.

Worest company bargaining salaries witout seeing experience. And didnt get any upade about interview .WASTE OF TIME FOR GOING INTERVIEW.

I really like this organisation, i have seen some companies we do not have job security over their, but in Norm software we have that security. Good and Supportive management. i am telling this with my own experience. I joined here as a fresher, they have given me a position.they will encourage the employees.

I worked with Norm Software for almost 1 year 9 months as software engineer. I gained many skills. Thanks Saumya for being a first step of my career and success.

Small company , its not easy to identify. But company atmosphere and interview process is good. I took first round face to face here I didnt selected to next round but the way interviewed was excellent. Hr will tell the drawbacks of you and tell how to improve

I worked more than one year in this company . It is good place to develop the technical skills and it is Employee friendly.

I worked here in S7 programming sector as ReactJs Programmer. Job security is not there, at any time anyone can be terminated.As a fresher I did a mistake by joining in this company immediately when they offered job to me. I didnt get experience certificate till now, Even they dont give experiance certificate within time, if we ask them for experience certificate strongly, they will delay upto 1 year. I got an offer letter of 3 months period of training. Without perfect training, they assign project after 1 week training and say that, it should be completed in less time. Even they didnt give me training certificate. Only I got some subject knowlegde learned by myself with the help of videos & 1 month salary of 8000. Salary pay is low and not at time.But here working environment & colleges are good.For new joiners, dont sign on 2 years bond without taking offer letter after training.
