Pet Elements has been our go to pet store since they opened. We love the staff, trustworthy products and overall vibe of the place. We feel supported there and part of the West Seattle community.They have everything my dog needs and some things he doesn’t need but I want to buy anyway.Fun place highly recommend.

Fantastic pet store! I have a very shy puppy who needs socialization and the clerks are always super welcoming and treat my puppy like a little king. Its always a wonderful experience for him so well definitely keep coming back. They have a fantastic selection of foods, treats, toys, leashes/harnesses- basically everything you need.

This is one of the best pet stores in west Seattle by far. So much variety and great customer service!

Always get amazing service from these folks and I feel that their pricing is on par if not lower than most other pet food stores. Not only do they sell raw food for cats and dogs but they have so many different kinds. If your dog or cat doesn’t like the food and won’t eat it, they’ll take it back and donate it to a local shelter! ❤️❤️

LOVE this place!!!! My dog is always so excited to come in here because of the amazing staff. Every single staff member is friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything I buy here is priced equally to Amazon, and even if it wasn’t I would still shop here because of the wonderful customer service.They have a fantastic selection, and carry high quality products (no antibiotics, raw, organic). I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. Of all the great pet stores we have in West Seattle, this is my absolute favorite.

Too bad the clerks don’t wear masks with every customer. They offered to put one on for me, but that’s not really the point. We need to work together to prevent spreading the virus to everyone we come in contact with.

Truly the BEST pet store in Seattle. Always well-stocked and the friendliest, most insightful staff! For weeks they worked with us and took their time to develop a custom diet for our dog that struggles with medical issues and needs specific supplements daily.
