Good tidy campus with well organised office and workshop. Mess facilities available for all employees but tje food is sometimes below average. People from North will hate the food here. Design and R&D is average, not so much vigorous. Most of the people are from the old elevator company which thyssenkrupp acquired when they came to india (Bhiwandi-Mumbai). 60-70% of employees are on contract and thats why this company is running somehow. Although its a German MNC but you wont feel like it as people of top management has messed up the work environment. If one wish to have a settled married life they can sustain here but if one wish to thrive, better switch as soon as possible!
