The hotel is cool for one or two night stay. I have chosen a AC room with good amenities. The room service was not that prompt but overall experience was good

Services are OK , but total ambiance are not given a satisfaction to me as compared to other hotels, where I stayed in Satna. Expected a peaceful sleep, but spoiled the night by mosquitoes.

In the heart of city, clean rooms with friendly staff , best place to be if you looking for a stay close to city locations the staff helped to navigate the location and checkout without any hassle recommended,Room was good... But they didnt provide any soap and towel... One should have to ask for it...Tariff of the room was 1500 and it was showing on mmt as 2300...MMT need to fix it...food price was also good..

Not recommended for family stay.Needs to improve upon room higiene, pest control is required. Need to provide basic requirements like towel, toiletries.

I was stay one night in this hotel.I like Nice and clean room and Hotel staff behaviour was very good. Food taste is good.

We have booked two rooms in this hotel but when we went there they said we are full and you have to stay in a hotel which was 4 km away from that hotel we agreed after reaching the other hotel (Sunshine) which was in the outskirts of city they also said we are full and can provide u at max 1 room after arguing a lot they finally agreed to provide 2nd room which i later found cheaper in rate from the one we booked and we felt cheated nevertheless we just have to spend a night there so we somehow managed. Hotel Swarat staff is unethical and unprofessional they took booking in the name of the name of there hotel and later on they send customers to their others sister hotels which are in the ourskirts of the city
