I have sent my mothers medicine which she is not finding in MP so I couriered it on 19/08.the consignment did not reached to her and there is no medicine left with her nor we are finding it at satna.The consignment went to satna and without my consent it is again sent to nagpur.The didnt even told me that they dont service at Amarpatan .And after calling customer service finally after 30 calls a gentle man picked a call and started giving me gyaan without any apology. He was very clear that it was not there fault that I trusted them for the same. Till the time she didnt found the medicine and we are sending it to speed post again.This is the service they are giving.Thanks for all the pain.Please dont use this courier service if you want to sent anything urgently.

It;s better not to choose professional courier incase you have to deliver your stuffs to Satna. He doesnot do home delivery and keep the consignment at home. He has some peculiar excuses which he will give you always 1. Your address is not mentioned on parcel ( Funny), 2. No -one is at house,3. No - one opened the door. and his parcel person will call and tell you to pickup from office, incase you delay in picking up then, the parcel may get damage and they are not responsible for it - INDIRECTLY HE THREATENS YOU TO COLLECT PARCEL
