I have loan rewritten but it is still showing old value in their system. there website is so ancient that you cannot raise complains from it or check contact them to check your status and no direct phone number that can be used to connect branch.on website despite filling the form it keeps saying fill mandatory field while no such mandatory field is showing unfilled

DONT TAKE LOAN FROM LICHFL... Strictly NO.... Their loan rate is not linked with repo rate so if repo rate is decreased then your loan rate wont be decreased... TOP of it customer service is so BAD that for closing my loan with them i have been to thier office 15 times already from Mansarovar which is 13km atleast each side... Still waiting to get my documentation...started this process in July first week 🤬🤬🤬

Very unprofessional attitude. We have heard working culture of Government offices from our parent and observe same type of culture here. If any one has not have experience of Government officials then they can visit this office and enjoy of extreme degree of harassment.
