Everything inside is good but the way to service centre was pretty muddy so careful in rainy days 🌧

City car not deliver car in given time. Quality of work not good. Please see images which repair by City car Satna. My car is here near about one month and one week.managment is very lazy not deliver vehicle on given prescribed time. He will assured me for delivery of vehicles on phone call but when I go City car then I will see no any work was done. In single day in front of me he will repair my car and handover to me. He was colour my car on backside. But colour was nat dry. At night city car handover to me car when I see come to home some accessories will missing

Very poor service experience no person meet u properly for fixing problem. so now im repyaring my car in jablapur. satna city car is one of the worst service centre of maruti. i love maruti but i hate workshop satna city car.

Not satisfied with Repair workshop.

Maruti exclusive dealer & service centre in Satna. Located on Rewa Panna road. Service centre is highly congested and very dusty. Dust is major concern for this area. Workshop is situated few metre away from main road. Services are not very satisfactory and poor professional attitude.

Long waiting hours, neglectful behavior of staff, stinking toilets without water supply, poor quality of services, lgnoring customers who are free free service and prompt service to paid customers, charging money during free service etc
