Full of Irresponsible, liars, rude and arrogant peoples. Charging extra 1.15% for card payments.Details:Called to service manager - at 11:00 a.m being told that rush is less I should reach by 12 and I will get serviced my vehicle within 3 hours.As I reached, person was not at desk, after 15 minutes on my request another person called him to come, once he reached there were no printed job card pads were available, it again taken 10 minutes.Being told that car will be available by 3-4 p.m. I was expecting it by 3 and waiting. When I requested team for status I am being arrogantly told that “mechanic ko khana khana padta hai na”. I just left the place by saying Thanks. Now 4:30 it got washed and I being told to replace another item as it is being called by Mahindra to replace items which will again take 1.5 hours. When I again requested status at 4:45 , I am being provided incorrect status(lairs). I finally received car at 6:00 p.m. Everybody was busy in their personal calls starting from person creating job card to account manager.I will not comment on charges as I don’t have deep knowledge on it.How ridiculous it is that in this digital India a company of such huge profit margin charges 1.15% extra on debit card payments.Please do treat your customers appropriately and respectfully.
