Very bad experience. They were very polite until I booked a car and paid advance. After that they were very rude, charged extra money for everything and ate a lot of money. They took ages for registration and because of that my TR got expired and again I had to pay extra money as penalty. Very bad services. Because of their delay we could not avail the first time free servicing in time and then they charged again. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

Everything was good except the service advisor and the manager they are forcing me to use their engine oil . my vehicle is nexon petrol xz+ o which requires 0w20 fully synthetic engine oil which i had on service of castrol magnatec . the oil has same grade same everything except the name of the company that is petromax that they are providing ... they were threating me that the warranty will be voided of your vehicle we wont take the responsibility if something happens and many more in beginning they even said that they dont use my oil that i bought .... and for convencing me they even said that because of you higher officials are here there is a meeting n soo on... and then they took me to manager he also tried to convince me that why taking risk for 2200 rs use our oil ... dont use oil that u bought with you. even then i disagreed and told them to use my oil and dont try to fool me...i just want tata to know because of these services executives tata is not growing properly in service .n even after this they are insisting me to give 5 star review . because of these things trust on tata is broken . what if someone else was on my place and he doesnt known about these things that service centres do to extract money from customers. i think tata should take appropriate actions on these type of service centres .and for the service centre .. it was total mess . i thought Im in some construction sitethey dont even have tyre balancing equipmentbogus managementi was standing by my vehicle for 7 hours and i told every thing what to do ... i even asked labours to work in my vehicle.

Rto registration incharge Kanchna singh is unprofessional, she is very rude in behaviour...not listen customer problem ....pls dont buy tata car, after sales there services are very poor

R R automobiles very irresponsible service I booked a Tata Nexon in month of April and on 31st May they taken advance of 80000 after that no one is responding and yet car not provided to us I placed a complaint also but no one responded to us please help me my loan also sanctioned after complaint also no action has been taken against them I vll wait for one week afterthat I will take legal action.

Staffs are not that awake , they dont ask from customers for help the customer should go & ask them ! Which I feel is not good at sales !

Not equipped with proper equipment’s and tool .. poor knowledge and pathetic customer service .. it seems Tata is still carrying these service centres as burden tier 2 & 3 cities where Maruti and Mahindra are having leading market share ..

The worst of all experiences.. Booked a car four months ago still not received it.. Testing our patience beyond all levels .. Not taking any steps to provide a good service to the customers... Really pathetic and sickening..

The service here is Pathetic to say the least. I had bought Tata Nexon on 1st week of Jan but till now i have not received my number due to their negligence. The showroom doesnt have anything in the name of accessories it has been 2 months since i booked mine still didnt receive it. I have been calling them daily for a week now and they have even stopped picking the calls now. Tata cars are good but service is worst than a cycle shop.

Worst service by Tata motors.I have booked Tata Nexon but dealership has not delivered the vehicle on promised date.Since one month has been passed but they have not even refunded my booking amount.Executives are also not professional.Not recommend to anyone specially for this showroom.

Customer service very bad

I had very bad experience with the RR automobiles. Submitted my car 40 days back for minor repairing and still these guys are unable to deliver my car. We should think twice before giving car here and should look for other Tata car service center. Or if possible dont purchase the TATA car.

Due to this poor showroom and poor employees / officers have not met me in any showroom / company till date. The service here is very poor. Whatever car you book, it will give the car of your mind and also the color of your mind. The staff here is very rude. Avoid going to this showroom.
