Dealership is good but the service department here is little lousy. As they seem to be professionals but they lack skills and also sometimes resources like dashboard polish and they wash car with local sunsilk shampoo pouch and they definitely lack in communication.This review is based on my 1st service experience dont know what will happen next time.Btw our car running fine and is a good buy in my understanding. The car wash is committed here though.

With all due respect to the team of Renault. I am so sad by the after sale services here. I have visited the showroom for the third time yet I havent got my keys my RC my number plate and not even the Invoices . You need to improve the service is real bad apart from all the employees saying u sir and sir again but not doing any of the required work Again the service is really really bad.

I gave this place one star because this was the least. This place did not deserve even that. The place is very dirty and the workers are not doing there worl quick they were such a slow that they make 1 hour work all most 5 hour. The was very rude and fraud. They just want to make money from you nothing else. They dont think that they have some responsibility. The only person was kind enough is the person who was gaveing us water and all. Other than that no one was known of there job. Waste of time and money. Worst service centre of Renault I have ever seen. They dont even pick the calls and told us that everytime they were busy.
