Infrastructure is good. One thing that I really like was the leg room space between the seating rows. Location is also ok.

I visited this place many times... Though it is located in wonderful atmosphere, extravaganza outlook, all thing is perfect... Pvr is too excellent in it.. but the food is too costly..

An experience which I will remember in my life. In a cost of one movie ticket experience like you booked whole tickets. I was alone in the show and enjoying the movie with no disturbense and suddenly a person come after some time and sit on a recliner seat and talking on phone and his voice disturbing me. I told him do not disturb but he didnt understand when I told him more then three times then he changed his seat and after some time a staff of PVR came and take along that person as he was his friend. I didnt expect that this type security from PVR that anyone come during the movie in thethre without ticket. So please ensure that no one will have future experience like this in future.

The quality of food was not up to the mark.. sugar sachet were not there..things listed in the menu was not there.. i enjoyed watching movie in the PVR utsav but the food part is really a big disappointment.

Manager Mr. Ram is not at all like a Cinema Manager. I went there for bulk booking I had informed to down lable box office that lady said come with when we went to Cinema she said wait over here. I will ask him to meet we all waited more than 40 min after informed to security guy who was checking on entry. He also said wait but still no response I dont think its a brand of PVR standerd is below like old theater.. yy we are paying money for courtesy of staff but nothing is there like this.i also cant think like this about PVR which is very big brand of India...

Pathetic crowd, low grade ambiance of PVR, in fact cant believe that we visited PVR...PVR is not responsible for crowd...But PVR has to be responsible for management Team. We informed your team about misbehaviour of some boys even then nobody turned in to control them. During the movie they were doing horrible hooting, Using abusive languages very loudly, Standing before our seats, not letting us to watch movie. If PVR and its team is not responsible, who else is there????

Great to see PVR franchising into Tier-4 towns. Only issue which is bugging me is that of non-carpeted stone floor inside Auditoriums which may lead to fatal injuries.
