The place where ur restaurant is situated is Fabulous..but u should focus on ur hospitality!!..make sure that u give attention to ur customers..i hv ask for spoon for thrice but ur waiter just simply ignore my order and thats not good.. talking about ur food..The food was good but..the presentation was not good at all..try to be more attentive towards ur customers..!!

Best Resort so far in Satna, especially the food is awesome. The Indian, Chinese and continental food is great. The staff is well mannered and the services are good. The rooms are well cleaned with all the facilities available such as office chair and table, television, toiletries etc. The ambience is Charming. Smooth jazz music is always playing.. Amenities include swimming pool, restaurant, garden, rooms bothe Deluxe and suite. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable stay, Wedding and other events.

Pathetic Hotel. In room, infrastructure is not good. You can watch only free channels on TV. Room service is too slow. Vaery bad response from reception. Breakfast is pathetic. Only 2 or 3 items. Full cost cutting. Its a wastage of money

The place was nice I visited on 20th Feb all the things were good and so far the best restaurant in satna, but I request the owners to innovate things, Ctrl + C and Ctrl+V dont work for long terms, rest all is well and I recommend this restaurant, people nearby should go.

The place is really good, ambience is nice and food is delicious. A bit far from the city but you wont regret going.

The place offers a remarkable mix of luxury along with graceful simplicity.Everything about the place is wonderful and remarkable be it reception, the staff or the food.Our Suite Room was one of the best we ever checked in , the kids loved the baby pool and swimming pool.If you wish to taste the most delightful food this is the place , the services were up to the mark and pleasing .The banquet hall was quite amazing with wonderful design and fine acoustics .I would like to shower huge praises on the house keeping staff which was very polite and efficient and all our wishes were granted without any questions.We look forward for more stays.

One of the best Resort in Satna, all the desired facilities are provided by the management, Rooms are luxurious,spacious,neat and clean. Food quality is excellent, staff are very supportive and helpful, they are very humble and ready to assist & soft spoken. I must mention Mr. Shubhang Tiwari Manager at reception counter, a thorough gentle man, very supportive. Ambience of the hotel / resort is excellent though it is located out of the city yet very demanding. Perfect place for marriage or big events, enjoyed my stay here.

Om Resorts on NH 75 is the finest hotel in Satna. It offers all the facilities that can be desired for a wonderful stay.The rooms are modern and stylish , the swimming pool is major plus along with kids pool . The staff was courteousand house keeping and in room services were exceptional. The food was scrumptious and restaurant was quite wonderful too.The reception area and other facilities give a grandeur look to the hotel , this along with well trained staff makes the stay memorable one.

Only the hotel size is good..rest everything is bad.. worst experience on valentines day.

Its the utmost place with latest amenities and fully furnished marriage destination. Kitty parties bday celebrations etc r very well coordinated. Staff is superbly courteous and well behaved. GM Ravendra Singh ji is managing very smoothly with welcome smiles always on. The best part is they greet everybody with Om Namaskar always.......as dictated by the MD ... very impressive..
